Very professional company! Ben showed up within an hour after reaching out about a roof leak. The repairs were fixed same day and we have not had any problems since. Excellent service and highly recommend. We will definitely be using Master Roofing again in the future!

Polite, easy to communicate with, on time, good follow up, replied to our texts immediately. There was a big forest fire nearby and there were voluntary evacuations taking place but they stayed to finish the job.

Ben was very professional and courteous. He inspected my roof for hail damage and repaired the leaking roof without charging me. I appreciate his timeliness and expertise.

I would never recommend this company to do your roofing. They quote you a price in the beginning and when the project is completed they tell you that you owe twice as much and if you don't pay they will put a lien on your house. Absolutely criminal!! Horrible customer service with no communication with the customer!

Master roofing did an outstanding job replacing our hail damaged roof.

Wes from Master roofing even came out when our insurance adjuster was there and when the adjuster said "We will only replace the front half of the roof" Wes said "No Sir you will replace the entire roof"
Then Wes produced the documentation that stated in Longmont if a roof is damaged in a 10x10 area the entire roof must be replaced.
Way to go Wes!

They are the best! Wes was the only one to show up & help us with the insurance adjuster & got us approved. His crew were here & had the job completed In one day. They were immaculate with clean up, so while my neighbor is still waiting, my job is complete. We couldn’t be happier!

Masters Roofing left a reroofing job unfinished in November.
they were not the low bIdder, by any means.they would not respond to my repeated calls.
It’s unfortunate that they pride themselves on being a female-owned company in the male dominated construction industry as I dont think they doing a favor to companies with the “woman-owned designation”

Very disappointed in their customer service and overall experience with this company. We had all 3 roofs done on our property due to hail damage. They sent an unexperienced crew to our property that they haven't used before, and the crew didn't lay down tarps, and threw all roofing material on my property including my beautiful flower beds destroying beautiful lilac bushes, flowers in my planter boxes, and other plants. They left so many nails and material, we had to hire someone to come clean up their mess, and they caused nails in 2 different vehicle's tires. I must have contacted the office manager, Kristen, at least 7 times, without call backs. I even texted her out of desperation and nothing. I sent her an email with photos of the damage plants like she asked, and got zero response. I reached out to her again, asking for compensation to the damage her unexperienced negligent crew did to our home/property.
Finally 2 weeks later, her response "I can offer you $30 for the plants. The guys walked around on Tuesday and looked at them and they look like they are doing fine." $30 doesn't even put a dent in the damage they did. I informed her that this was a waste of my breath, and that was after they promised they would make it right and compensate for the damage done. Kristen is about as unprofessional and unresponsive as it gets. From one homeowner to another, don't waste money with this company that cares so little about the homeowners and their property. There are plenty of other great roofing companies to choose from.
