I hired Anchor Roofing to design and install a solar panel array. Anchor had put on a new roof under the previous owner of the house and Kasey was responsive to an issue that arose when I was having some remodeling done, which created a good impression. Having the roofing company do the solar panel install seemed the right approach to me as I knew the roof wouldn't be compromised during the installation. After contacting Anchor, I had an appointment with Collin, in which we discussed our goal for the array. Collin came back with a detailed proposal, which we refined together, and lots of information, so I was happy to proceed. Collin was always attentive to any concerns I raised, which made the process as hassle free as one could hope for. The electrician Anchor used for the panel upgrade was very professional, as was the crew who did the actual install. Collin monitored the whole process and attended to even the smallest details. Kasey also looked in a couple of times to check everything was going to plan. Certifications were issued without any problems, and the system is up and running. i highly recommend Anchor Roofing!

I can't say enough great things about Wil Dressor and Anchor Roofing. Wil was so communicative throughout the process and promptly addressed any questions we had. The team started early and ended at a reasonable time and knocked out an entire roof with new decking and shingles all in just two days. We just got our new roof yesterday and we are very happy. The process started last fall with an inspection and subsequent warranty claim for poor shingles. Our Project Manager, Joel McQueen, helped us with advice and sampling and the claim went through nicely. The work was scheduled for a good time for us and the execution was excellent. The crew was fast, efficient and gave us a quality result. We were asked several times if we had any questions or concerns and we could not have asked for better engagement from the team. Emily has been such a calming presence throughout the whole process. She arrived quickly to inspect the damage and access the situation, she helped me with submitting my claim to insurance, she was here when the insurance adjuster showed up and she also held my hand throughout the entire process. We got scheduled for a roof replacement in record time and she made sure we are using high quality materials that were in line with our HOA guidelines. The crew was efficient, polite and pros all the way! They were done in just a day and I was beyond impressed with the cleanup. I have small kids and didn't want them finding random roofing materials in the backyard - the crew picked up every single nail with a metal detector. Wil Dresser is who I worked with on my roof repair and I am very happy with him and the Anchor Roofing crew. He was recommended to me by my real estate agent. There was minor damage on a steep and high roof and the location is fairly rural and not very convenient. I was also worried about getting the work done before the full winter season set in. Wil reassured me that it was no problem taking on the job. He gave me a very fair quote that included work to secure other areas of the roof to mitigate any further damage. That was very valuable to me. Wil is easy to talk to, gives good information, communicative with processes and updates, and reliable. The billing process is straight forward and easy to work with. I have been working with Christy Larsen at Anchor Roofing since 2019. Christy is a great asset to Anchor Roofing. She is professional, responsive, and follows through with what she promises.

The Anchor Roofing crew replaced my entire roof on my property back in 2019 and completed the job in a little over a day, which was phenomenal. Likewise, she and her crew did some gutter work and roof repairs at my mother's house in the recent past. Each and every time the crew members were on time, professional, expedient, and completed the job.

Anchor roofing was referred to us by our insurance company and we were glad we went with them. We had other roofers go over our roof but Anchor was so professional. They met with our inspector and was able to get them to cover the damage for our entire roof as well as some window and door damage we had. I have neighbors that went with other roofers and the workmanship on our roof was much higher quality. They even came back and changed something that I had forgotten to mention to them. I would definitely use them again but then our roof is so high quality I doubt I would have the need.

After a significant hail storm we had Anchor Roofing come out. Weston was amazing from start to finish, he walked us through the whole process from the initial assessment, insurance claim, paint, gutters & roof. He was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, & patient (we had some HOA delays). I have already referred family to them & will continue to pass along their name.

Our roof was more challenging than most - 58 squares with steep pitches, numerous valleys and 15 skylights. In my opinion, Anchor Roofing is by far the best roofing company in Northern Colorado! I have a concrete tile roof that was leaking. I tried 9 other roofers but none of them were able to fix it. Our roof leaked for several months while trying the other roofers out. I finally contacted Anchor roofing. They quoted the project at less than half of what the others were asking. They sent a team out and promptly fixed the problem. They even fixed issues created by the last roofer that tried to fix the leak. Their team was professional and courteous. My contact, Christy, seemed more knowledgeable than some of the roofers from the other companies. In the future I will only use Anchor Roofing.

Anchor Roofing took care of our HOA community, Crestone Village East (38 homes) in west Loveland with the highest standards possible. I chose Toby Till at Anchor because he was knowledgeable, open, and thorough. He helped me through the initial stage of estimating damage, replacement cost and my policy’s coverage without pressure or obligation. He came out to walk the roofs of both buildings with the insurance inspector and make sure that all the damage was observed and noted. When the insurance estimate came back, he drilled down to the various components from shingles to gutters. My insurance company would only cover 15# felt; they claimed it wasn’t steep enough to merit 30#. Toby told me that Anchor didn’t use 15# and that they would cover the cost differential to ensure the longevity of my roof. As the installation was being finished, everyone from Anchor that stopped by the site, including Toby’s wife, rolled the magnetic nail finder until, by the end, they weren’t even finding 20-year-old nails from the original roof. After the job was finished, the quality of materials and best practices were noted by the county inspector during his visit and by the insurance adjuster at headquarters from the photos. On a ten-point scale, the whole experience was an eleven. Thank you, Toby!

Our entire HOA of 38 townhomes needed to get our roofs replaced and Anchor Roofing did the work. I'm telling you, this company is TOP NOTCH. Can't believe I'm so excited about a roofing company, but these guys were IMPRESSIVE! They got the entire neighborhood done within a week and were the most professional, polite, and thorough company I've ever dealt with. From delivery of the product to covering all bushes next to the house, tearing off the old shingles and replacing, to an IMMACULATE clean up, it was the best we've ever experienced. They were very detail oriented with all the edging, protecting around the solar tubes, fan outlets, etc. and the crew went over and over the yard picking up debris. It’s probably status quo but they did all of the city permitting and inspection. There was a minor issue with the first inspection but he took care of it right away and scheduled a follow up inspection with everything resolved. It’s been almost a year since we had our roof done and I’m here to say that first of all, our experience was great and Wil was fantastic to work with, and even more amazing.. we got hit really hard by the hailstorm in Loveland on 7/20 and our roof held up PERFECTLY.
We had other damages we had to file a claim and have someone come out for, and the claims adjuster said our roof was the best one he’s seen with no obvious damage at all. That speaks volumes with such a big investment, and I’m very thankful!

We had our roof replaced after a recent hail storm. Toby was our point of co tact with Anchor Roofing. He was there when our insurance adjuster came out making the process easy and advocating for us to make sure everything was covered and process was easy. Communication was awesome. Roof was installed quickly. Crew was efficient clean and dumpster came and left at start and end of job (took less then a day). They also swept or property with a magnet to make sure they picked up all nails and any other excess items. We upgraded to an impact resistant shingle and different roofing vents. I worked the Kacey at Anchor Roofing for my roof and gutter replacement. When the insurance adjuster came to my house Kacey met with him. I spoke with at least 4 companies before speaking with Kacey at Anchor Roofing. Every other company was out there for the quick buck. Kacey walked me through the insurance claim, what they would do, installed a new gutter I needed on my roof covering our deck and made it as easy as could be. When he set the ladder up for the inspector he protector the shingles and gutters however the inspector still scarred up some shingles and Kacey had a crew out here replacing them promptly and I believe they did more than I saw because they were out here for a few hours. Now you can’t even tell anything was done which is great.

She handled everything for us and was a pleasure to work with. She gave us options on roofing materials and answered all my questions. The roofing crew that showed up did a great job! They showed up early and got the entire roof replaced in one day. They also did a great job cleaning up. Emily also let me know if anything happens to the roof, they warranty the work. Joel was amazing to work with, he was respectful, punctual and did a great job letting us know what was going on. We got a new roof and gutters installed and it all looks great! We will definitely use them again if we need anything in the future.

We worked with Joel on the installation of a new roof and gutters after the recent hail damage. The entire team was great, courteous, and maintained a nice working environment. After a few delays on my part, I was pleasantly surprised when Joel responded promptly and was ready to start the work we spoke of a few months prior. Anchor Roofing recently completed re-roofing our house in Fort Collins and we couldn't be more pleased. All through the process, they were very professional. Weston Finch, the PM, was very responsive and helpful throughout the process, updating regularly and answering questions. The crew showed up when expected and worked steadily through completion over the two day job. When I returned home late in the afternoon the day of completion, it was difficult to see that anyone had been there, other than the beautiful new roof!! From the assessment for an estimate through the installation into the cleanup, Anchor Roofing did an outstanding job. After the storm hit, there were many companies vying for everyone's roof replacement business. Our project coordinator John worked with us within our schedules. He had everything ordered and set to go including the inspections. Where I saw my neighbors taking multiple days to complete the work, the Anchor Roofing team that came to remove and install a new upgraded roof were done in a day. It was at last light, but they finished all the tasks to include a great job on the cleanup. I told John that I hope I didn't have to talk to him again for 20 years when the roof finally gave up. Sarah from the front office was diligent and most of all understanding as we closed out the project. I would recommend Anchor Roofing to anyone who needed a partial or complete roof installation or repair. Thanks to all you!

From the moment I called Anchor Roofing to the day the job was complete. I have nothing but positive words to say about this company and my project manager, Wil Dressor. He was excellent at communication, jumped in immediately when I needed someone to do a last-minute facia repair because the painter I had used was not following through. All of his workers were timely, kind, efficient, and some of the hardest workers I have ever seen. One of the downspouts that was previously routed over my cement patio, they happily remade and re-routed to the other side of the roofline. The end product is better than I imagined. I will recommend Wil, and Anchor Roofing to all of my friends and family. Thank you!

I would NEVER hire them, they left roofing nails, trash from roofing, and trash from their lunch all around my house. When I called my property manager they said that Anchor representative denied it and I would have to send pictures. (Which I did) Meanwhile they are roofing across the street so I asked that crew of course they don’t understand me and they just shrugged their shoulders. As I walked back home I see roofing nails in the street from pure carelessness. So if you like flat tires and tetanus for you and all your nieghbors then Anchor would be a great choice. otherwise I would choose someone else.
