I was extremely satisfied with Mass & Mass! they were professional, punctual, and clearly explained every step of the roofing process. The crew worked diligently and efficiently, leaving my roof looking fantastic with a meticulous clean-up and repair afterwards. Their pricing was fair and they were very responsive and patient to any questions I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services! They worth more than 5 starts!

Hired Wilson to replace my roof and add a few skylights. He was super easy to communicate with and his crew did a great job in my house. They also did the drywall and paint work of the skylights inside the house and installed new ceiling lights for me. His electrical and drywall sub-contractor did a great job, delivered on-time and did not leaved any mess behind inside the house. His roofing crew worked hard everyday from 8am to 9pm installing new roof and finished the whole thing in just 3 days. They clean and pick-up all construction dumps every day Leaving our drive way clear. Wilson regularly checks the crew every day which was great feeling someone who is in charge is supervising the crew closely.

He gave me a reasonable quote for the project, not the cheapest and not the most expensive one. I picked up him because he was communing well while not a sales person and he was able to take the responsibility of doing the electrical and drywall work. I did not wanted to face with multiple contractors and co-ordinate the project timing. Other roofers usually send a sales person to get the contract signed and don't really bother to do the finishing work inside the house.

There is always some variation in each construction project and Wilson was able to execute as close as possible to what we have discussed before signing the contract. For example, he originally quoted me with 5/8 plywood but was not able to use it and gave me discount to use 1/2 thick plywood instead.

Hiring good professional for home maintenance is hard as some offer cheap price, some offer higher price for the same job with less or higher quality. It’s very difficult to do when you juggle family work. Wilson is the guy you want to hire, quoted reasonably good price, communicated through out on what to expect, visited job site often. His crew completed the work as promised with high quality

We got a roof leak on the night and called multiple roofers for help. Many called back but cannot come in time. One came and suggested to replace our 10yrs composite shingle roof or to install temporary tarp for 400$. I turned down their offer as it feels a bit of a rip-off. I did a little cover up myself that night and called a few more roofers, including Mass and Mass.

The next day, Wilson showed up and did a quick inspection. He not only identified the problematic shingles and suggested to repair instead of replace the whole roof, he also identified the root cause of the leakage was an inappropriate gutter downspout layout. We went with Wilson’s suggestion and did a repair with Mass and Mass.

Despite their busy schedule in rainy season here, Wilson’s repair crew came and took care of the leaking issue quick and neat the next day. Later, Wilson’s crew came over, did the non-urgent works including gutter downspouts installation, pressure wash, and a few other works I requested including redo a chimney flashing and check on roof ventilation. Every thing was done perfectly and professionally, and the price was reasonable.

Mass & Mass LLC came and inspected our roof following a minor roof leak. We had had several other companies out, and all wanted to replace our roof. Our insurance inspector had told us we needed only minor repairs.
When Wilson came out he located the leak in about 10 minutes. A crew was here 2 days later, and repairs were made without any fuss. We’re very happy with this company’s service.

Wilson repaired and replaced the roof on my over 100 year old house. It was about 20 years overdue. It is truly a night and day difference, and it completely rejuvenated my home. We hired Mass & Mass General Contractors to paint the exterior of our condominium building at 4101 Beach Dr. SW in Seattle, WA. The painting crew was very professional, friendly and responsive to our needs. There were some difficult aspects of the job due to the building's close proximity to the building next door. The Mass & Mass crew handled all the challenges well. The building looks great and we have received many compliments from neighbors regarding the job. We hired Mass and Mass roofing after talking to many roofers. As a home owner, I was not feeling very confident because many roofers told me different things. Wilson made a very honest impression to me and had a reasonable price. He had good reviews.
When the roofing project started, I was first shocked because there were issues with my roofing deck and it had to be fully replaced. Wilson worked with me to come up with an alternative roofing material and some ways that we can keep the costs limited - the overall project cost a few thousand more, but overall I think it was fair because there were a few unexpected work items. He paid attention to quality and solving the problem correctly - this is really important I think.

We hired Mass & Mass LLC to remove old shingles and replace with new ones. We selected this company to give us a bid based on the reviews we read describing Wilson's honesty, integrity, high quality of work and reasonable prices. We are very pleased that we hired this company. Wilson worked with us to accommodate my work schedule. He put the type of shingles we wanted, the best underlayment for this type of shingle, high quality metal flashings and drip edge everywhere. He also replaced old plastic vents with metal ones and replaced our skylight. He installed the correct type of roof vent for our range hood in place of a regular attic vent we had, and replaced some damaged wood. The crew accomplished the project in two days, they had to reschedule once due to weather. The crew was highly skilled and worked hard to do a good job, they left the area around the house clean, did not damage anything. The cost was very reasonable and we paid exactly what was quoted. This is a preliminary review for the guys. Very responsive. Came out and did an estimate for my roof leak on the same day I called. The impression is good. I will update the review if I continue finish the work with them.
