In past projects with other companies, we have felt the need to "check on the progress" of work being done. In contrast, the opposite was true with the ASPIRE group. We received weekly updates and photos. Our project manager was always polite and quick to ask for clarification of our vision. He was always accessible to discuss situations be it 7 am or 7 pm. They open and honest when there was a problem to deal with, not dodging responsibility but tackling the issue head on with integrity.
