We completed a home renovation in Portland Maine and worked with Dave, Jeremy, Kristin and Peter at Marvin Eldredge. We replaced all our windows and doors. We could not be happier with the Marvin products and service. Our job had some bumps in the road like most major renovations, and Dave and Jeremy went above and beyond to work through the issues to make sure we ended up with an outstanding finished product. Thank you Marvin Eldredge, your team is excellent!

We ordered the windows from Eldredge Store in Portland and received terrible service. First, the sales representative sold us the wrong windows (because he didn’t understand the product he was selling). After, he called us and the contractor to tell us, that the windows were in. We made plans based on that (we planned a overseas vacation). The contractor shows up to start his work, and the store called up and “the windows were not in”!!! The sales representative (who made the call) was ‘in vacation’. Our vacation was canceled and our plain tickets lost. The store didn’t care about this. I even contacted Eldredge Corporate Office and spoke with the owners’ son and NOTHING, not even ‘sorry for the inconvenience’. Now, most of the windows are in, one is still missing. Some of the windows have issues and I have contacted the store to come and fix the issues. NOTHING!!!
Do not make the same mistake and purchase Marvin windows from Eldredge Lumber Stores.

Great showroom and David was a great help to us . We are in the beginning stage of researching sliding doors and windows.
