To maintain the Hardie warranty, I had to install 1/2' plywood on the house. This was unexpected, but I was informed beforehand that this might be necessary. I didn't need to replace the plywood on the roof as it was still in good condition. The siding job was substantial and took about a week. The paint crew did a splendid job, they were dedicated and swift. The follow-up on trim and every detail was meticulously reviewed. I had been overseeing all the crews and all my concerns were addressed promptly. Being present to observe the progress is beneficial. With projects of this magnitude, slight miscommunications are inevitable, but the team stepped up and ensured everything was perfect. Lastly, the gutter crew showed up and finished their task in a mere 3 hours. They matched the trim flawlessly. Upon inspection, the gutters had extra bracing, a significant improvement from my old ones. All things considered, my wife and I are extremely satisfied with the work performed by Martin Family Roofing & Remodeling.
