I had a big problem - Termites had been having a feast!
So, I hired Martin Brothers Construction to repair the termite damage on my garage.
Last Tuesday, Martin Brothers Construction showed up and made quick work of what was a pretty bad situation.
The week before, after discovering my garage was infested with termites, and realizing I was in major need of a skilled carpenter to replace the right pillar and header, a close and trusted friend of mine recommended Martin Brothers to me to do the repairs.
I called and spoke with Garry Martin.
I liked his outlook, and I was happy he was able to come out fairly quickly look at the damage to provide me with what I felt was a reasonable estimate/price.
I am assuming it was reasonable as I did not shop around, but instead went with my gut and the recommendation.
Wife and I accepted his price on the spot and in a short time, he was able to replace the damaged boards, staying on budget and within the promised timeline.
I couldn't be happier with the results. We are both happy and amazed at how quickly my garage was repaired.
It seems Marting Brothers can handle jobs that are both big and small.
I absolutely recommend Martin Brothers if you need construction work performed at a high level.

They did such a great job on the first project, I didn’t even bother getting a quote from anyone else for the second project: a porch addition to the front of the house! Garry and his talented team beautifully transformed the front of the house with this gorgeous and extremely well built porch. Martin brothers construction was the best choice I have made in all my life. They completely reworked my entire basement into a comfortable studio apartment. I can't think of enough nice things to say about these guys and their crew. I enlisted their services to turn a downstairs 1/2 bath with washer/dryer, into a 3/4 bath with washer/dryer. This was a fairly major undertaking because they had to create a new drain system in the concrete floor as well as increase the size of the room by several feet to accommodate a four foot shower. The next project they completed for us was a new shower for the upstairs bathroom. This involved removing the existing cast-iron tub, shower walls etc. right down to the sheetrock. Plumbing also needed to be reconfigured to complete the project. The tile specialist did all of the tile work, and did an amazing job! Both very extensive jobs were bid on by other contractors, but our comfort level was the best with Martin Bros.. We couldn't be happier with them and have several other projects planned for them to complete for us.

Garry and Brian did an excellent job renovating our living room! I would highly recommend their services. They were professional and meticulous while being genuinely nice people. They took pride in their work and completed the job on time and within budget. They exceeded our expectations and we were thrilled with the results!

We had rain leakage from our roof that caused water to seep thru the ceiling. The ceiling sagged and mold was found. They tore out and replaced the entire ceiling and insulation. They prepped and painted the walls and trim. They cleaned up after without a trace.

Martin brothers built me an absolutely beautiful basement bathroom. They were cheaper than just about anybody else for what I was looking for. They showed up when they said they were going to and finish the job when they said they were going to. I would definitely use them again. Thank you Gary Martin.

After contacting several contractors to redo my shower and sink renovation, I met Garry. I immediately knew that I had found the contractor to do the work and any subsequent work that I wanted to do in the future. Martin Brothers does high quality work at a good value and is always professional and responsive. When there was a problem, Garry arranged to have it fixed and told me "I will do whatever it takes to make this right" and he certainly did. I am so pleased with Martin Brothers, I look forward to getting an estimate for my next project and would recommend anybody who wants high quality at a fair price to contact Garry and Brian, as far as I am concerned, I will never need to call anyone else.

Garry and his team are the best contractors I could ask for. I had extensive damage caused by an upstairs bathroom leak. This included wall damage, ceiling damage, and a near overhaul of the damaged bathroom. Garry's team provided very pricing estimates and finished up the job professionally and ahead of schedule. At a time when I was so stressed, Garry and his team created an experience that has led to me not even thinking about the damage that occurred anymore. Over the years, Garry has helped with various other projects including fencing and general repairs. I recommend Garry with full confidence.
