5 Stars – Huge Thanks to Tyler at Marson and Marsons!
We had a foundation pour run right up to the wire, and just as the concrete was setting, we realized we were a few anchor bolts short—at 6:00 PM! We called Marson and Marsons, not expecting much that late, but Tyler answered the phone and, without hesitation, stayed late to pull the supplies we needed. Thanks to his generosity and willingness to go above and beyond, we avoided what could have been a seriously stressful and costly delay.

We are truly so grateful for Tyler’s help—his quick action saved us. He didn’t have to help, but he did, and we won’t forget it. A huge shoutout to Tyler and the Marson and Marsons team. You’ve earned customers for life!

For a so called local business...they sure have deteriorated in supplies and service.
Never have things you need and if you ask if they have something that their shelf is out of they say " oh sorry " and what about the prices. They are Ace hardware now not marsons

Giant shout out to Marson’s employee Brian (and Tyler for enabling it) for going way above and beyond and helping my friend remove some lug nuts that were rusted onto his trailer hub. Saved us hours of time!

The staff is super friendly and goes out of their way to accompany me to the aisle that I'm seeking. You don't get that kind of service in a big name warehouse. BUT, there have been times when the items I was seeking was not available. It is what it is. I still prefer to go there because of the friendliness of the staff and the convenience, as I live in Leavenworth.

EDIT: Had to lower my rating as the service I received just recently was very, very poor. Not only did I have to go searching for my items, but when checking out, I felt as though I was interrupting something of importance to him. When I wished him a happy holiday (it was Labor Day the next day) all he did was grunt at me and mumbled "Mmm-Hmm". Then he went back to eating whatever it was behind the counter. It was an older gentleman with white hair. If that's the kind of service I'm going to get, I can just go to Lowe's where they have a larger selection.

Best hardware store in the valley! Friendliest staff and highest quality you can find. Saved me a trip to Home Depot in Wenatchee.

Got such great and friendly help from Brian/Bryan (sorry - he didn’t have a name tag on so I’m not sure of the spelling) with paint today. We were trying to get more to match some that had been purchased elsewhere, and he took time to explain our options, since they don’t carry the same brand. We got four gallons and are 100% happy with the quality and color match. Thank you, and thanks also to the kind gentleman that rang up our purchases. It was our first time in that store and we’ll definitely be back!

Great variety for a smaller hardware and lumber supply store. Needed an order filled for a roofing job and they got right on it. Had me loaded and out the door quickly. Great customer service and priced as good as the big box store in Wenatchee.

The worker on the phone was very rude, short and was not helpful in answering questions about products. We asked if they carried a certain item, the demeanor was off-putting, like "of course we have that" When asked an approximate price for the item over the phone the worker said " I have no idea" in a very rude tone. isn't it your job to know the prices of your products being sold and if you don't know, shouldn't you go find out? He sounded like he would have rather been anywhere but there. Not good customer service.

This place is just too convenient! I really loath going to Wenatchee and going to Home Depot. I’d rather pay 3 dollars more and buy from this place. Helpful staff, very knowledgeable and they do have almost everything there!

People here are super nice, it's not huge but they have most of the essentials so if you need something in a pinch there's a good chance they have it.

AMAZING REMODEL! Always has had great lumber selection and prices which are superior to box stores. Now they have a nice selection of high quality tools and hardware is improved, too. They have packed a lot of great stuff into this small town store.

Pricing questions
1. What is the average roof replacement cost for a residential home?
+-

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
