Bill at Superior Exterior Systems (SES) was very knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. He was extremely easy to work with from the first time I spoke to him on the phone.
We invited a total of four local contractors in for bids. The project included James Hardie siding, complete roof tear off and re-shingle, and finish painting the whole house. SES was awarded the job on honesty, integrity, expertise, and fair market pricing. I was able to physically visit a job site in progress to inspect quality and professionalism prior to awarding the job. The other contractors either lacked the professionalism, poor bbb rating, or a large company with extremely high prices (a lot of overhead).
SES took the time up front to explain all the different design, siding, and roofing options for our house. A very detailed explanation of each phase of construction was provided prior to any work being performed. The crews to install the Hardie siding, roofing, and paint were truly craftsman and not just installers!

While I was looking for a good siding company, I came across many bad ones. One company sent out the owner of the company to make the sale. This gentleman was the most arrogant man and let me know he made more money than I did, and he pointed out his car was nicer than mine. This was not someone I wanted to do business with.
The next company was a great company but their price was far higher than the others.
A third company gave me a good price but was asking me how to install Hardy Plank because they were just not sure how to do it (if I knew I would not have to hire a siding company).
Finally I found a decent company with a somewhat reasonable price. I had made my mind up to proceed with this company, but had already scheduled a quote with Superior Exterior.
I kept my appointment with them knowing that I already found the company I wanted, but had to hear what they had to say.
When I met with the sales man I was so impressed with his professional attitude friendly smile and all around great attitude. He showed me their credentials and told me he would beat the competitors price by 10%. I would have went Superior Exterior even if they were higher after meeting with them.
Four wonderful young men came out to do the siding on time as promised. This was such a great group of young men to have around every morning. They were prompt courteous and respectful.
All in all was very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend them.
