Communicating with Fernando was simple whenever something more was needed in this installation on my property. He fought hard with my insurance to ensure that the damages were repaired.

My mother is 86 and Marquez construction employees were the best!!! Very patient and understanding. We would use them again.

I called Fernando and crew for a roof repair over a weekend. I got an immediate response that they'd take a look first thing Monday morning. They arrived on time, fixed the issue, and sent me photos of the repaired roof.

Later that day I received a phone call from Fernando explaining the issue and letting me know the overall shape of the roof and expected lifetime remaining. I was sent an electronic invoice with the job details, and handled payment online, which is great in an industry that is typically dominated by cash.

Fernando and his team stripped and replaced my entire roof when I first moved into my home in 2020. Half shingle half rubber with a pooling issue that the team solved and I haven't had any issues since. They also replaced all my gutters. Great work and a great price. I would recommend to all friends and family.

Can't say enough good things about this company. Fernando and his crew(s) did a great job, are great people...knowledgeable and professional. They did our roof in the summer of 2021 and when I called them for a quick, unrelated, issue in the fall of 2022, they came out and took care of it within a few days. Honestly, I've been impressed by Marquez Consttuction everytime I've interacted with them. Fernando has never let me down, and I believe you will have the same experience.

Fernando from Marquez Construction Inc. was highly recommended to us by my father, who previously used them. Some shingles on our roof appeared to be loose and we contacted Fernando to help inspect and fix the problem. He came the next day and after inspecting the roof kindly relayed that the company who installed our roof didn't do it properly and the quality of the shingles wasn't very good, therefore explaining that we will probably continue to have similar problems moving forward. He gave us some options to think about moving forward. He charged a fair price and was very informative when explaining and showing us the problem, so we could understand. He's honest, fair, does quality work and is responsive! I would highly recommend this company and will continue to contact Fernando/Marquez Construction Inc. for future roof repair and installation!
