Customer service was great. Was easy to communicate with. I knew when he was going to arrive, and Chris answered all my questions with patience and in a way that was easy to understand.
We had some roof damage that needed attention before it rained the next day. Chris made an extra effort to come by and fix it the same day I called. While he was on the roof repairing what we discussed, he found and fixed other issues to make sure the job was done correctly.

Had some shingles blow off from a storm. Called them up and they were in the area. Showed up about 20 minutes later. Hopped on the roof and started working on it. Couple hours later they had me fixed up as good as new! Wasn’t expecting it to get done right then, but glad they did and now I don’t have to worry about it. Very nice and professional, and would recommend them/use them again!

Chris came out to inspect my roof after a recent hail storm.

He was very thorough and knowledgeable. After his inspection he concluded that the hail did not damage the roof to warrant placing an insurance claim.

It is great to have someone with his expertise that will keep your best interest in mind in situations like these.

Marlatt Roofing replaced our storm damaged roof and gutters. It was a major upgrade from the builders grade Roofing. Impact class 4 shingles, high profile ridge caps and sheet metal valleys and edge flashing. Attic Breeze solar powered roof vents. Also the painted black the roof jacks
And pvc plumbing and hvac vents. The downspouts have swing up extensions for lawn mowing. Also tru mitered gutter corners.
The customer service is awesome, very good communication about the work being done and quick to respond with texts and phone calls.

Chris Marlatt was able to quickly solve a problem we had with a metal roof that had gone undetected for years. That’s because the leak would only occur under heavy rain combined with very strong North winds. Chris inspected the roof and identified the potential problem source and then worked to replicate the problem. He confirmed the source of the leak and was able to fix it with sealant. He wouldn’t accept payment for the repair saying he only hoped to earn our future business. Chris models the Oklahoma Standard and displays the quality of character that earns respect and long term business relationships.

My journey began when I requested an inspection of my roof. He came out inspected the roof and provided both an verbal and a comprehensive report on his observations.

Once approval to replace the roof was received, Chris and his crew were here as scheduled. The old roof was removed and replaced on the same day. I received text messages throughout the day updating me on progress.

The roof looks good! Plants around the house were not damaged and they cleaned up the mess created during roof removal.

Marlatt Roofing was helpful and responsive from start to finish. The product was great quality and we are more than happy with our new roof and gutters. He even helped us resolve a couple preexisting issues, beyond the scope of our claim, to ensure the best product possible. Highly recommend.

In todays world when sometimes it is disappointing to deal with contractors, this experience was just a no stress situation. From the first estimate to the delivery of Beacon roofing materials to the open top being picked up as the last pile of debris was thrown in, just a no hassle experience. What a great job he also did communicating with adiuster and insurance company, this guy is on his A game.

We have a lake house at Eufaula that had a small roof leak and we had a very difficult time finding anyone locally to respond. I saw Chris's truck in Eufaula a few weeks ago and inquired about his availability in the area. To my surprise, Chris quickly responded and volunteered to look at our issue. He was out at the house the next week and took care of our problem, as well as providing additional pictures and information about our roof for our consideration. We are so appreciative of Chris and Marlatt Roofing.

Chris and Martlatt Roofing are the best. They’ve helped me out three times. The first was a second story balcony remodel. The balcony was a leaky disaster waiting to happen. The balcony basically funneled water toward the house. I worried every time it rained. Marlatt totally redid it, how it should have been done in the first place, and sealed it up tight! Now I have zero worries about it.

The second was during a heavy storm. Rain started leaking through an air vent (different part of the house than the balcony). Chris got to my home ASAP, figured out where the water was getting in, and patched it. Haven’t had a problem since.

The third was some stray shingles that came loose on my roof. Once again, Marlatt fixed it right up!

I have their number saved, because living in Oklahoma, I know I’m going to need it!

Amazing! Chris goes the extra mile to ensure everything is taken care of. He takes pride and ownership in his work, supervising every step! When my insurance did not want to total my roof due to bad 3rd party adjusters, Chris did a complete appraisal and submitted to insurance, then insurance approved my claim. Chris has been our go to for the last 12 years and after two big hail storms helped us replace our roof two times. Overall great work by Chris and his team. Initial inspection was done quick and the repair options were detailed and reasonable. Chris used good quality materials and was able to make our asphalt shingle roof stand out from the 100’s of houses that had it replaced after the hail in this neighborhood.
