Markside did an excellent job for us replacing our roofing, ridge vents and attic fan. He was upfront about all aspects of the project and very professional. It was never a problem getting in touch with him. At the end of the day he stayed and walked me through the work and made sure I was happy with the result. We use Markside on two separate occasions. The first time was to replace our roof. We were so impressed with his service, professionalism, and honesty, that we used his business again to replace our siding and windows. We have been completely satisfied with every aspect of our working relationship. Mark made a potentially difficult process much easier and understandable. I had some bottleneck downspouts not enough to drain the rainwater properly. Mark upgraded them to a wider ones and also recommended some small upgrades/fixes around the house to protect and save money in long run. Quality craftmanship.

We had water damage to a set of windows ion the rear of our house. Markside did a beautiful job repairing the windows including a rebuild of the sills, insulation, damage to the walls beneath the windows and restoring the window wrap and trim. Cleaned up beautifully as well. Excellent work! Really nice guy and incredibly fair price. Will use him again and again for any siding or roof repair. Thanks again Markside.

The last wind storm we had in December, 2021, created small damage around the chimney, and to claim house insurance for the repairs would of been to small of a claim to the insurance company. Mark was very nice to examine and give me an estimated quote, for the repairs, and time to do the repairs. Mark provided the fast expert service and cleaned up any debris from the chimney. I would recommend his expert service small or large.

I've used Markside for my roofing needs for the past few years, and I've never had any issues with them. I recently needed to have a portion of my roof replaced; Mark is very responsive and timely. Plus, his prices are excellent. No job is too big, and no job is too small (a problem, I've found, with other vendors). I would definitely recommend Markside to everyone.

I got a few estimates to replace the siding on my house. I went with Markside and am ultimately very glad I did. Despite having a quote come in slightly lower than the other guys, Mark is very professional and takes pride in the work. Everything was top notch and super quick at a time when both workers and siding are in short supply. Highly recommend!!

I had the privilege of hiring Mark to install my gutters and from the moment he came for my estimate I was impressed. He took the time to listen to all my concerns as my property had some unique drainage issues that he was able to address .
