The team at Cittrix is amazing. We filed a claim with our insurance company for hale damage to our roof, down spouts and window wraps. Our insurance company initially rejected our claim despite clear evidence of the damage.

Cittrix was not willing to give up if we were not willing to give up so so we fought for the coverage that we paid good money for.

Cittrix went to bat for us and coached us on how to speak with our insurance companies reps and what paths to take until we finally received approval for the roof, but everything else they were resisting covering. Cittrix did not give up and neither did we. Finally the insurance company agree to pay for all the damaged caused by hail.

When Cittrix was finally able to start the work their crews were incredibly professional, being careful to cover our plantings from the roofing materials being removed from the roof and the did a stellar job in cleaning up when the project was complete.

We cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and customer care they provided. It was a great experience working with them and we would recommend them to our friends and family, really to anyone.

I'm happy with process from quoting, scheduling, installation. Casey is very responsive to answer all my questions and accommodate my requests. No more worry on roof leaking. On a side note, I didn't go with insurance claim so I had to do my due diligence on the selecting contractor.

Had a small leak caused by an old seal on the pipe boot on the roof. They came out quickly and promptly provided an estimate and fix done within a week or two. Always friendly and transparent on a fix that a lot of roofers ignore because it's not a big project. Thank you!

He was the one that came out and took a look at my roof and siding for hail damage. He coordinated and worked with the insurance company and myself ever step of the way. He was also responsive to my questions immediately. Truly a professional and probably needs a raise. Great job.
Earnest- He was the foreman that ran the crews and made sure everything was up to par and was also available 24:7. Anything I had an issue or question with he answered and/or got it done. Great guy and great lead. He also needs a raise.
The company- I have no complaints at all. Which usually I know there is. But they got the job done so fast and professional it was crazy to watch. Even the administration kept me informed of all things pertaining to the build out. All in all. 5 plus stars. Excellent company and obviously HR team for hiring the best people.

When we bought our house we knew we were going to need the roof replaced. We ended up using Cittrix and we don't regret it. It was exactly the experience you hope to encounter with a contractor. They showed up when they said they would and completed the work in the time frame they promised. They cleaned up the area in an acceptable manner and helped us do a walk around to make sure we were happy with the work. All questions or concerns were answered and addressed in a timely manner.

Since then, we've held other contractors to that standard and I'm afraid professionalism like Cittrix's is hard to come by.

Amazing experience. Of all the work done on our home, this has to be the most profession, expeditious, and positive one we’ve had. High levels of communication, attention to detail, and sticking to the quoted budget. With this amazing level of service, how is it possible they were our lowest bidder? We had the old roof removed, installed an entire new roof on the house and detached garage, new siding, new soffit and fascia and new gutters all installed in a bit over a week. They left the place spotless every evening etc. allayed checked in on things each day. We highly recommend.

After a thorough initial roof inspection, Cittrix patiently guided me through the insurance process to provide some home insurance reimbursement for a roof replacement. Great experience. We moved to Libertyville from the east coast and needed a roof inspection and quote from afar. Dan came over right away (that afternoon I believe) and quickly provided an inspection with photos + a quote. I quoted Cittrix out against two other companies - they were a tiny bit higher than one, but that company didn't bother to come out and inspect the roof and wasn't very responsive. Another company offered a higher quote but didn't actually see or inspect the roof. The installation started within a week or so of my signing the contract, and it was completed on time and to my satisfaction. Three skylights were also replaced and everything looks great. Highly recommend.

After getting a number of estimates to power wash our cedar roof, I chose to go with Dan and Cittrix. He was so professional, explained his process in detail which is much gentler than typical power washing, and was on time when he said he would be here. My roof looks terrific now. I am on a heavily wooded lot with trees hanging over the roof in places. Normally it would have to be scrubbed to get rid of the moss. Dan's process was much simpler and left me with a clean roof and no damage from men walking on it with scrubbers and high power water pressure. And, he was the most cost efficient of any of the estimates. I would highly, highly recommend him and his company to anyone!

Had cedar shakes cleaned/treated... great job.... weather interrupted the job but that wasn't a problem. Great crew. Highly recommended...just look at the reviews...we blindly chose this company and apparently we lucked out with the choice.

Daniel came to the house within hours of our call to him, he used a drone and sent an estimate by email prior to doing the work. There were no surprises. The workers are very efficient and our roof looks great. I did my homework online and found other roof cleaning services were suggesting the wrong product for a cedar roof. Daniel was very knowledgeble on the correct products to use.

After 15 years our 40 year asphalt shingles were badly streaked. After treatment by Citrix the roof is back to looking brand new. They were very professional, courteous and the cost was extremely reasonable.

Update 10/25/2023:
This summer my almost whole subdivision did roof replacement, and I decided to replace mine.
Several "storm chasers" rang my doorbell and offered their service, but I called Cittrix because of their great service and reputation (read above).
THEIR REP., ZACH, visited us, and HE WAS EXCEPTIONALLY PROFESSIONAL, DECENT, AND FREINDLY, AND HE DID HIS VERY BEST TO WORK WITH MY INSURANCE AND TO GET MY ROOF REPLACEMENT APPROVED (at first they tried to deny it), and his/Cittrix price was lower than most of the other roofers' (I asked my neighbors), and we were ready to go when another roofer, who I asked for a quote before Cittrix (and who did not ring my doorbell either, but he did not respond for a couple of weeks, and I wrongfully thought he disappeared, and who did a good job on my 2 neighbors' roofs a few years ago), gave me a lower quote, so, after some hesitation and with a heavy heart, my wife and I decided to go with the other roofer, because I am retired, and we have significant medical expenses, and the price was important to us.
I know that Zach/Cittrix wasted his time with us, and he became more than just a prospective roofer; he became a good friend (until now, of course, because we hurt him), so we are very sorry for letting him and Cittrix down, and we hope Zach, Dan (owner), and Casey (his wife), ESPECIALLY ZACH, will forgive us.

Workmen came on time and finished the job on time. They treated more of the roof than quoted. When they left they said the treatment will totally kill the moss , lichen, fungi and algae, but it would take 3 or 4 weeks and some rain. Now the roof they treated looks like a new roof.
