I did a lot of research and had 2 other companies come give us an estimate for replacement of all our windows. Seidel Exterior was right there with another company in price, but we chose Seidel based upon the reviews we read, as well as how easy the process was...no one inside my home trying to sell me windows, just an upfront no pressure way of doing things. Now that our windows are installed, I absolutely love them. Their crew did an great job installing and were easy to work with. I enjoy supporting a local small business as well.

Udo was a pleasure to work with. Always available for questions and phone calls. His crew did a great job installing our new roof, garage roof, and gutter guards. They were timely. Cleaned up after themselves, removing the old shingles and installing the new ones. When they were done you couldn’t even tell they had been there except for the beautiful new roofs. No mess at all. I love our new roof and leaf guards. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely #1 in terms of quality of work and integrity of the relationship. We were looking to update our traditional siding to the board and batten style, and I'm so glad we did. The starting day between the order and start of the project was reasonable and once the project began, the installers were not only efficient, but they worked like craftsmen from the removal of the old siding to the replacement of the exterior siding and windows. There were a number of challenges which the installers overcame seamlessly.
All trash was removed from the property in a dumpster, which was carefully placed on the property. I believe the price was fair based on the quality of the product and work done by the team.

We have known Udo a long time. He did roofs on our house and garage and siding, soffet and facia. All of it has held up well against Chicago winters and storms.
