We bought our house from Mark Morris Construction in 2021 and have been very happy with it. Even though we're technically out of warranty, a recent storm caused some leaking, and Mark came out the very next day to take care of it—no questions asked. That kind of dedication and responsiveness is rare these days. Mark truly stands behind his work, and it shows. In our opinion, he's the best builder in Jonesboro. Highly recommend!

We used Mark to build our current home and could not be more pleased with that decision. He was very easy to talk with and work with and made the process feel like I was dealing with a best friend, rather than a builder. He was constantly able to help us with any changes we wanted to make and he went above and beyond in ensuring that we loved the final product. After the purchase was done, we had one very small issue and Mark made sure it was fixed immediately. He has continued to be available even the time I called him at 9pm at night to borrow a ladder to get a balloon that got tied up in a ceiling fan. I can not recommend him enough.
