We were in the middle of a large pool project and had to split up the painting of our home into 2 jobs. I called Mark up to come back out and do the other 3 sides of the home. He called back immediately and was out at our home in no time. These guys got everything done in just a weekend. Our home looks amazing. They did an incredible job and will use them from now anytime we need a job done. Highy recommend!

I recently contracted with Mark Howell Painting to paint large entryway, living room, dining room areas of our condo to be completed prior to our move-in. Mark Howell was very timely in getting a quote to us; he gave us a very reasonable quote. When he finished his work it was like we had moved into a new condo. I give Mark Howell painting five + stars. I had several responses to my requests for bids to paint 10 new interior doors and trim. The first company I hired did not show up nor returned my calls. The second company did not show up but I gave them a second chance. They still did not show up. Want to guess who showed up when he said he was going to? Not only did he show up but his attention to detail is impeccable. Not a drop of paint landed anywhere other than on the doors. Mark Howell painting is real....a real experience painter and a real real professional. I won't ever use another paint company.

called to get an estimate for a house not built yet he answers the phone sweetly. I ask if i can send over a floor plan and get a worst case scenario budget. he makes an excuse and I tell him the house is not physically built yet so you cant go look at it. I am just trying to get a budget and the house will be done in about 6 months at which point he goes off that there is no way the house will be done and people are getting pushed out years....not in my community we have 3 relatives going into the same one and have all been completed on time. Just say no thank you and get on with our lives. It was just a very rude first impression. Clearly we did use them

Mark did a exemplary job painting my whole interior including bathrooms, closets, kitchen stairwell, entry and all common rooms and spaces. Mark Howell saved the day by providing excellent service with wonderful results. I had originally hired a Thumbtack painter that did not work out so well. I called Mark who was painting a home on my street and asked him if he could please take a look at my home and finish the incomplete job. Mark evaluated my home and provided a recovery plan, detailed description of work at a fair price. Mark delivered on the plan and our 1920's home with trim looks beautiful. I learned the thumbtack lesson, "you get what you pay for", when you hire Mark, you can rest assured your job will get done the way you want it with premium product at a fair price.

Mark did a painting job for us in April 2022 and did a great job!

He did our big patio floor around the pool, living room and kitchen, ceiling, walls, doors etc. and everything was up to our expectations. We have done some painting ourselves so we know what it takes.

Mark Howell is definitely a painting company that I would recommend to anyone!
It is hard finding a painter with all the options that we have in Jacksonville FL. Mark was the one that showed up on time, was professional and went through every step of the process with my wife and I. He uses top grade paint and material. Before we met him, we kept asking people to come and look at the place and would always say that we would call them later. As soon as we met Mark, we shook hand and started working on the dates to have him come paint. He never once bad mouthed other companies or put anyone else down and we respected that. He simply told us the quality of his work and he was not wrong! When we did our final walk through we were completely speechless at the results! He talks the talk and walks the walk. No words are needed! We will definitely be using his services again in the future and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a paint job!

Mark Howell painted the entire interior of our large coastal home. It was a challenging job, but Mark executed flawlessly. He is truly an artisan, not simply a "painter", who takes great pride in his work. He does not need or use "blue tape", because he paints straight lines without any such assistance. His attention to detail separates him from his peers. You might pay a bit more for his work, but you will be happy that you did...we certainly are.

Mark is an absolutely excellent painter. We used Mark to paint the exterior of our 1921 home which required both painting and major caulking. Working alone he power-washed, caulked and painted two coats all the original tongue and groove siding, soffits etc.
The final product was beautiful and many a neighbor has stopped by giving praise.
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND and now we have just hired him to paint our interior. As far a price he is competitive however given the quality he is a bargain.
