My husband and I decided to go with Mareno Construction because Brian was always prompt in returning phone calls, meeting with us and emailing us specifics related to our remodel. He listened to every detail of what we wanted in our dream kitchen, and really made it happen! My wife and I recently moved into a new home and we wanted to have an enclosed patio constructed that would appear like it was part of the original home construction. We interviewed several builders and settled on Mareno Construction, LLC and we were very happy we did select them. They were easy to work with and we are very pleased with all the work they did to make our enclosed patio the talk of our friends and family. Everyone who has come by to see our enclosed patio has walked away amazed at how wells it blends in with the original construction of the home. Mareno Construction took care of everything for us including getting the project approved by our home owners association. The framing, roofing, painting, electrical work, etc. were professionally done and the project was completed ahead of schedule. The owner is very knowledgeable of the construction business, professional, trustworthy, and a man of his word. He is personable, and he responds cheerfully to all your questions no matter how trivial or small. He is easily accessible when you call him or text him during and after the job is completed. Mareno Construction was very respectful of our home and made every effort to work around our schedule. I was completely satisfied with Mareno Construction. I called to have them rebuild my deck and Brian came out that day to look at what I was wanting. His team was able demolish and rebuild my deck and install flower beds in 2 days. All of this was done beyond my satisfaction.
