Mareno Construction remodeled and added onto our house, doubling the size of our previous house. The entire project took about 4 months. Anything I asked for, I got. Any questions I had were answered. Everyone that worked with the company was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and demonstrated an excellent quality of work. My experience working with Mareno Construction could not have gone better. I would recommend Mareno Construction for remodels, additions, or houses built from the ground up.

Jan 5th, 2017 is when the construction on my New Custom dream home began. I interviewed several builders, but Mareno Construction stood out the most. Whenever you come across owners that care about how you spend your money and not just to line their pockets, you got a good builder and a builder that cares. I must admit……….Mareno Construction cares. This company saved my family lots of money, by completing my home in 4 months and not dragging out my construction loan. Other builders gave me a timeframe of 6-9 months to have my home completed. This is another example of how Mareno Construction saved me money. They were determined to complete my home, so I could eliminate my construction loan. That really meant a lot to us.

Another thing that really impressed me about Mareno Construction was that they never spoke negatively about any other builder. Their entire focus was making sure we were happy and pleased with the progress they were making on the construction of our new home. The owners are very knowledgeable in the homebuilding industry. They are fair, easy to work with, reliable and most of all dependable. You can always text or call and talk with one of the owners, whenever you have questions. Just know, you will never be ignored.

Brian Mareno of Mareno construction more than met our expectations for what we were looking for in a contractor. My husband and I decided to go with Mareno Construction because Brian was always prompt in returning phone calls, meeting with us and emailing us specifics related to our remodel. He listened to every detail of what we wanted in our dream kitchen, and really made it happen! My wife and I recently moved into a new home and we wanted to have an enclosed patio constructed that would appear like it was part of the original home construction. We interviewed several builders and settled on Mareno Construction, LLC and we were very happy we did select them. They were easy to work with and we are very pleased with all the work they did to make our enclosed patio the talk of our friends and family. Everyone who has come by to see our enclosed patio has walked away amazed at how wells it blends in with the original construction of the home. Mareno Construction took care of everything for us including getting the project approved by our home owners association. The framing, roofing, painting, electrical work, etc. were professionally done and the project was completed ahead of schedule. The owner is very knowledgeable of the construction business, professional, trustworthy, and a man of his word. He is personable, and he responds cheerfully to all your questions no matter how trivial or small. He is easily accessible when you call him or text him during and after the job is completed. Mareno Construction was very respectful of our home and made every effort to work around our schedule. I wholeheartedly recommend Mareno Construction, LLC to anyone who wants a job done right and professionally.

I was completely satisfied with Mareno Construction. I called to have them rebuild my deck and Brian came out that day to look at what I was wanting. His team was able demolish and rebuild my deck and install flower beds in 2 days. All of this was done beyond my satisfaction. If you have projects needing to be done around your home I would highly recommend Mareno Construction.
