Carlos rolled up to my door and honestly, I thought it was gonna be another one of those sales guys trying to waste my time. But nope—dude was solid. Super laid-back, not pushy at all, and just straight-up told me what was going on with my roof.

He pointed out a couple things that needed attention, explained it in a way that actually made sense, and didn’t feed me any BS. No pressure, no weird sales tactics—just a cool dude who knew more than me.

It felt more like talking to a helpful neighbor than some guy trying to make a sale. If Carlos shows up at your place, don’t blow him off—he’s legit.

I’m so grateful to the team at HHM. I contacted Ryan Hoerl @ HHM when an inspector found a couple of “minor” issues with our roof. The word “minor” was the term the inspector used, but for me it was “major.” Trying to buy a house & sell a house in a short time is stressful. Thankfully Ryan understood completely. His reply to my initial contact was as follows: “My first core value is to help, so I’m glad to be of service. If you know of anyone else that needs an inspection, I can help. These can be stressful times.” I immediately knew I was in good hands! Ryan gave me an estimate based on the inspection photos of the work needed on that same day & had a member of his team at my home in 2 days. I can’t thank him enough. Ryan inspected our Greystone home for possible roof damage. He fixed a couple of minor problems at no charge and advised that further action was unnecessary. I will definitely call HHM when we have concerns with our roof.

Ryan, the owner came out the very next day and did a quick and proficient job with some odd jobs inside my house. My wife and I tried replacing our vent fan in our downstairs half bath and after 2 hours we gave up. Ryan finished the job in less then 30min and it looks and works great. Thank you HHM!

I am very pleased to write this five-star review of HHM Roofing & Construction. I first contacted Ryan Hoerl, the owner, on a weekend when we discovered that our roof was leaking into our attic during a heavy rainstorm. He came out to our house on a Sunday on an emergency basis. After going up into our attic and observing the leak he immediately went on the roof and was able to quickly identify the culprit area which turned out to be a nail hole. After sealing the hole with silicone, he then went back on the roof with a hose and sprayed water on the area while I stood in my attic to ensure that the leak had been fixed(it was). While on the roof he assessed our aging roof and noted multiple other nail holes as well as other areas of concern. I should also note that he did not charge anything for his services.

The following day he returned with a comprehensive assessment of our roofing needs and an estimate of costs. His explanation was detailed and quite professional with no sense of any high sell pressure to proceed with roof replacement. After discussing things with him, it was pretty apparent that our roof needed to be replaced.

Within a week he and his crew came and replaced our roof. His crew was excellent. They replaced the entire roof within a day, working tirelessly from 6 AM to 8 PM. Their workmanship was excellent and their cleanup immaculate. The cost of the replacement was extremely reasonable

In sum, we could not be happier with Ryan and his company for the outstanding service and workmanship. We highly recommend him to anyone with roofing needs.

I really had no idea how insurance claims Ryan took charge and the whole process of a roof,a fallen retaining wall,gutters,tree stumps and fence and deck repair and painting! He took the time to shop with me for countertops, back splash and flooring! It was awesome! I've known Ryan for a number of years and I expressed interest to him in knowing more about the roofing business. He invited me to ride along to investigate some damaged homes and meet with an insurance adjuster (who no-showed of course). His experience with insurance companies and home building techniques make the roofing process easier for the homeowner than just dealing with the insurance company alone.

Ryan installed new OC groove paneling on my storage barn. He worked quickly but did not sacrifice quality. The panels were straight and level, and all done with very little waste. I am very pleased with his work. He's very talented and honest.
