Dorothy and team at Brookstone were amazing! They efficiently and effectively packed up 50 years of accumulated ‘stuff’ after a water damage issue at my Mother’s house. We can’t believe what they accomplished in less than 2 days.

Noah and his team also did an amazing job of the tear down/mitigation work. Noah communicated every step and he/crew were always on time and so easy to work with… it was great!

I had the pleasure of working with Tim, Cody, Hannah, and Brad from Brookstone Restoration during one of the most challenging projects of my career as a manager of a midrise luxury apartment community. We were dealing with a major issue—48 units impacted by severe plumbing and water damage caused by building settlement.

Over the course of four months, this incredible team treated us like family. They worked tirelessly day in and day out to restore our units to their original condition. Their professionalism was unmatched—marked by consistent communication, clear timelines, unwavering transparency, and dependable follow-through. I’ve worked with many vendors and restoration companies, but none have come close to the standard set by Brookstone.

The Brookstone team was outstanding! They were professional,and they didn't allow anything to distract them that wasn't related to the job.
Everything was packed up within a few hours. And shortly afterwards the moving crew arrived, and stored the boxes on 2 moving trucks without damaging anything.
I applaud this crew, and I will be happy to recommend them to anyone .

Noah and the entire Brookstone team were amazing! They were kind, thorough and professional. I appreciate their punctuality and how well they cleaned my bathroom after tearing out the damaged area. He responded quickly and explained how the product they used was safe for humans and animals. He made a very stressful situation manageable for me. They did an excellent job! I had a flood and needed remediation. They came the same day I filed my claim and were remained vigilant, attentive, and communicative the entire time. They were very professional and respected my time and my home.

Brookstone Restoration did an excellent job packing and moving my belongings. They were very meticulous with each of my personal items . I especially want to thank Lexia for working so extremely hard for two full days. She never took a break or stopped to eat. She not only provided supervision and support for the team but, she worked harder than everyone. Lexia also assisted the movers with my furniture who also worked extremely hard. I look forward to Lexia and the team moving me back into my home when the restoration is completed. Great job everyone!

Brookstone was very responsive to my needs and able to make a thorough plan quickly. (We had a silent dishwasher leak) Garrett was readily available, was very restful and knowledgeable but did not make me feel pressured. Would definitely recommend Brookstone and would use again if needed!

All staff was very nice and respectful did what was needed to complete work and they all worked together. Checked on me to see did I need anything else and I liked that.

Brookstone responded incredibly quickly and courteously when I noticed a leak in my roof during a string of rainstorms. Garrett from the mitigation team was very friendly and professional and answered all of my questions patiently.

Ross was wonderful. He communicated frequently and his team worked very hard to get rid of our water damage. He led the Mitigation team. We want to use Brookstone again for moving and storage of our belongings. We did not to use them for damage repair because they wouldn’t give us an estimate or tell us what they planned to do in advance of us deciding to let them take responsibility for all our repairs.

Cody Mealer and his team did an outstanding job! They were very professional, punctual and courteous. Cody did a great job of explaining the process and delivered on everything he said that he and his team would do.

My mother had a major flood in her house when the hot water heater located in attic burst, ruining furniture, flooring, and walls in multiple rooms. Brookstone handled the entire reno and did a decent job with the walls and carpeting, but they left gooey tile adhesive all over the newly replaced kitchen and dining room tile, as well as on the brand new carpet. It was a similar (but not same) color as the tile, but I saw it immediately on my first visit and it was everywhere. My mother is elderly and didn’t have the strength to clean it herself, so I was on my hands and knees for two days, trying to scrape up the sticky mess. It was matted in globs into the carpet and I couldn’t get it up completely. The carpet is still stained in spots. I’ve never seen anything left in such a state and would recommend that you check Brookstone’s work CAREFULLY before signing off on any job. Or go with someone else completely.

Noah and his team addressed our issue quickly and efficiently and he was very easy to deal with. They also took great care of our home. I am very pleased with the way Brookstone, and Noah, handled our problem.

The ladies that were in charge of the pack out and moving everything back in were phenomenal!!! Katie and her crew took special care of my items when packing and unpacking.

They did a fantastic job and also all sang happy birthday to my wife on our move back day. They were caring and accommodating. All of our belongings were in excellent condition, other than what was already known to be unsalvageable. Highly recommend.

Noah and his team were not only friendly, but efficient and responsive. They got the job done quick and left the job site clean. I had an issue with my insurance claim and they were on top of it. This was my second time to use Brookstone and I will continue to do so!

Worst customer service I've experienced. Poor response and poor communication. After weeks of trying, finally got someone to review the work that was needed and was told an estimate would be provided in the next few days. After 3 weeks of trying to get the estimate, with several email requests, no response at all. They were not at all interested.

Overall I am satisfied with the quality and promptness provided by Brookstone. They were also very communicative throughout the entire process.
