Marco Construction rebuilt my deck around Memorial Day. They did a very good job. The crew worked quickly and left the area very clean each night. I would recommend this company for your projects.

Marco Construction rebuilt our deck from the ground up. We now have a modern attractive well built deck that we are very happy with. Ryan and Tyler did excellent meticulous work on constructing the deck. They were at all times courteous and professional. They were careful about working around some new landscaping and very thoughtful about rescuing a family art project we had overlooked that might have been destroyed in the old deck removal. We found the company owner Mark to be responsive and helpful throughout the project.

Our back porch had sunk needed to be lifted up. Marc and his team listened to the request and completed it rather quickly. Very happy with the way it turned out.

If every contractor experience was like working with Marco Construction home owner projects would be so much easier. It was a pleasure.

Needed some siding and trim repaired as part of an inspection resolution for the sale of my house. Mark responded quickly with a quote based off of photos that I sent him and upon accepting the quote he sent his guy Kyle out the next morning to complete the work. Kyle worked all day to replace the siding and trim and had the job done by 6pm. Not only was he quick but he did a really nice job. These guys were absolute life savers. They single handedly saved my real estate transaction. I feel lucky to have found them. Thank you Marco Construction!

They ran into unexpected problems with rotting wood while replacing the railing and wind screen on our deck. They they kept us informed and made suggestions as to how to best deal with this issue. They kept us informed and did a quality job and kept the costs down as much as possible. We are very pleased with the results and would hire them again.

I would totally recommend them, they have made great service to me. I needed my old unfinished wood deck removed and putting a patio instead with stamped concrete, Posted on Angi’s list, been contacted by some contractors, Mark was one of them. He texted me and told him I need to finish it quick, Mark showed up on the same day.
He took his time and explained different options, his price was way better than other contractors, I saw few other contractors and decided to give the project to him.
Within 2 days it was all done.
What I liked about Mark he was quick and fair, he kept his word on finishing in agreed time, I noticed some of the old deck pieces needed to be removed and they didn’t remove them so texted mark and told him that I’ll call a trash company to get them removed and send you the bill. He didn’t push back he immediately recognized its part of his work that got missed and he agreed and transferred the money by PayPal on the same day.
To me Mark did hit important things that you would need in a contractor or in people you deal with in daily life transaction: quality service, fast, honest and fair.
For these reason I would totally recommend Marco construction and people shouldn’t hesitate hiring them.

I called Mark on a Monday and he came out the same day to give me a bid. I accepted the bid to re-do a second level deck and his crew started the next day. They worked 10 hour days through snow, rain and below freezing conditions and got the job done in 5 days! I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The crew was on time, friendly, courteous and meticulous! I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!

We had a challenging and highly technical 12'x16' TREX deck re-leveling (repair) and refinish project that some other contractors declined to take on or quoted me absolutely ridiculous amounts. After moving a header board and re-leveling the joists, the TREX was completely removed and replaced with a new color scheme and new TREX railings with cocktail rail. After a miscommunication with a local TREX deck supply company resulting in a minor delay due to the unique color combination, the final product was worth the wait. Kyle B. from Marco Construction was as meticulous and detail-oriented as I would have been in ensuring that this deck was finished looking exactly how I envisioned it from the beginning. Kyle B. did an excellent job with this project which took approximately 1 month from start to finish due to the materials delay. The actual construction time was very reasonable and much less than the month. The final cost was a little higher than the original quote, but not out of the question due to the additional framing, header, and deck board install work required to build the deck as I envisioned it. I would absolutely recommend them for future jobs.

I was able to get a response within a week of contacting them, I received a quote and the work was started. I was happy with the work that was performed.

They gave me a quote 1 month ago to sand and stain my deck that I accepted. I kept asking when they could do the work and the owner kept putting me off and not returning my phone calls. I finally got in touch with him and he said he would not be able to do the work! No apology or anything! Not a good way to do business! At least apologize ! Very disappointed!

I had a great experience with general handyman work with Marco in May 2019. They are much more than concrete despite their website at this time; they do small jobs as well. I needed new exterior window trim and concrete windowsills and a few other repairs on my old Victorian in central Denver before we got a nice new paint job.

Mark, the owner, came out for a estimate promptly, gave me a fair price, had some ideas for how to fix some issues that were better than the ideas I had had, and had a tech out to do the work within a few days. You know how hard it is even to get folks to call you back, much less come to look, much LESS actually send you a bid after.

The tech turned out to be a subcontractor, which I didn't like and seems like is always the case. (It would be nice if more companies used their own employees so I could be confident that the company I'm hiring, which I choose partly because I know it is bonded and insured, is actually doing the work.) However...the tech (Craig Petit if you want to request him) was amazing. He did a beautiful job, had a tremendous work ethic, would not be satisfied until everything was perfect, and was just nice as could be.

There was an issue on the first day when he left for a while and I wasn't sure if he was coming back so I called Marco to ask about it. Turned out to be nothing, but I was impressed that the next morning the owner himself showed up first thing even for our small job to make sure all was well. The company was taking full responsibility for the work. That's increasingly rare. So, if you need a "handyman" or work large or small, call Marco!

Marco Construction was very reasonably priced, and more importantly, the quality of work done was fantastic. From first contact until completion of the job, Marco Construction provided excellent communication (which is a must for me). As to the quality of the work, Mark did an excellent job replacing some siding I needed prior to getting our house painted. Mark was quick and efficient, and more importantly the quality was great. I would definitely recommend Marco Construction to my friends and family.

Kyle's and his co-worker went above and beyond the call of service! They were honest, and explained what they were doing, and saved me hundreds of dollars. They were on time every day, and they cleaned up their work areas every day. I definitely will contract them in the future.
