CHEATER!!! THINK TWICE before signing a project with this worst company!!! Highly DISAPPOINTED!!! Unprofessional!!
We wanted Gravel Landscaping done around the house. Michael Marckini (Project Manager) started the work.
His Unethical and Unprofessional workmanship are like:
Michael showed up just 1 day, that too way later than the initially committed time, no perfection in the work, landscape starts with what measurement we wanted and ends with 4-5 inches less.
He charged me for 8 yards of stones for the project, whereas he got maybe around 1-2 yards, we got to know this because he said we might need another 4 yards, I thought I will order myself from the same shop he said he ordered the first 8 yards from and I ordered from the same shop, the order I made came in a big commercial truck, while they were unloading the stones, I felt that’s a lot, asked the truck driver to stop, I had a look into the truck to see how much is still left and there is still half quantity left and I got to know that I got cheated by this worst Marckini. I asked the truck guy to have a look at our balance project and he confirmed that I need just a quarter yard for the work left. I requested a handyman(good person) to take all the stones left after our project.
I asked Michael a simple question to prove with the invoice that he bought the stones of 8 yards, and obviously he had no answer but to skip.
Another epic is, Michael used Paint Drop Plastic for laying the base instead of landscape fabric/plastic. And that too for this cheapest plastic he charged me almost 5-6 times more than the actual cost. And he convinced us saying that this is best for our requirement whereas I checked with others and they laughed at this plastic.

Michael Marckini, if a person trusts you and comes for a project, the best thing you can do for yourself and client is just do the project right or else don’t take up the project.

NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED, Please look for some other landscapers, who can do a good job.

Good part is I paid him just 60% of the actual project cost and bad part is I paid 60% Michael for his worthless work.

Michael and his crew removed our shrubs. Michael is a good man who is willing to work with his customers and is open to feedback to grow professionally. They worked hard and completed the work on time. We’ll hire him again.

They have done fantastic work on every project inside and outside my house that i needed help with they were friendly and were great at explaining what they were doing i would definitely recommend these guys to everyone i know

These guys are responsible Ellio and Mike came out after I met with Michael had a rough beginning due to family emergency so I was quick to judge but upon completion I am more than satisfied and I would recommend them in the future they are a small company just have to work together and all will be happy and taken care of.

These guys were AMAZING! Very Professional. Michael was Extremely Professional and a pleasure to speak with on the phone. showed up to my house at the time we discussed. They remodeled my cabinets for me and they look Gorgeous! Love the work! Reasonable price! Definitely calling again for yard work. I Would DEFINITELY recommend Michael and his crew. Great guys absolutely Beautiful Work.

I had this guy come in and do some yard work in the front of my house and he did a wonderful job cutting my hedges and cleaning up all the leafs as well. And I also see all the negative reviews that I find hard to believe being the experience that I have had with the guy.

Didn't do work I asked him to do. To remove all weeds. Left weeds around outside of the property. Didn't finish removal of all weeds from patio. Covered weeds with mulch. Poor quality of workmanship,. Didn't show up the next day after he started the job.. I called him. Called back, said he would come over later that day, never showed. Sloppy job. I paid him the first day, them I was at his mercy. I've had this work done before and it was pristine. I would not recommend this business for anything. EDIT 7/8 /22. Landscaper came back to do more work. Still left more weeds and debris in yard and patio. Weeds are coming up through the mulch, around the edges of the patio, outside the fence, back side of the yard. Just a sloppy job. Still wouldn't recommend this company.

TLDR: Paid them $400 and they only did half the job and blew us off. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Do not use this company. They will take your money and not perform services.

I wish I could rate 1/2 star instead of a whole star, considering they only finished half the job. Hired this company to rake our yard. The owner said they would do 1 cleaning and then come back to do a 2nd cleaning. 1st one was great. Owner said they would come back to do a 2nd cleaning before Thanksgiving. They never showed up and we received no call/text from the owner stating they weren't going to show up.

The owner started ignoring our phone calls and texts. Finally got him on the phone (by using a different phone number that he didn't recognize) and he said he would come by the next day and would call 30 minutes before to let us know he was on the way. Never called, never showed up.

We had also discussed them performing junk removal and snow plowing this winter. The owner asked if he could park one of his trucks in our driveway to avoid parking tickets and in return, would plow our driveway for free. Their truck was parked in our driveway for a week and half and then it was gone one day.
Reached out to the owner 1 last time to give him an opportunity to fix this so I wouldn't have to post a bad review and inform him that this is not how you treat your customers. He snapped at me and then tried to apologize, saying his crew would be here the next Monday to finish the yard. And SURPRISE! They didn't show up again.

So we paid them and still need to hire a different company to finish our yard now. We still need a company for junk removal. We still need a company for snow removal. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Do yourself a favor and use literally any other company.

Mike came out and completely refurbished my lawn! He removed fallen trees, dead trees, and planted new trees to make my lawn look new and fresh! He also made a few adjustments to my roof and and painted some some spots on my deck that needed to be re painted. My deck roof, and lawn look like one of the best in the neighborhood now! Thank you guys!

Mike is a really honest, nice man. We need a lot of work done on our home and when called, Mike came out the next day to look at the different jobs - foundation repair, repointing, roof inspection, gutter clean up, deck repair, new drywall and drywall repair, interior and exterior painting, removal of junk, and landscaping. He gave us quotes for each stage and was honest in what he could and could not do. He is insured and concerned with safety (ours and his workers). They did the rear and side lawn clean up - Awesome and so quick! They have completed the exterior foundation work and repointing and are 3/4 finished with the interior foundation work. The job is coming out better than I expected even after running into some unforeseen issues. The roof inspection was done and caulking around the flashing was all that was needed. I'll update as we get through the different stages. All in all, I'm very happy with the job that Mike and his men (who are also really respectful and nice) are doing!

Made promises that he couldn’t keep. Never return phone calls and text. Kept telling me that he would do the job next week. Next week would come and go without even a phone call telling me that he wasn’t coming. Kept raising the price while making excuses about supply cost. If you want a project done on time. Do not use Marckinis property services.

After calling multiple companies and nobody being available for almost a month out for a simple yard clean up, Marckini’s Property Services were able to come out the day after I called. They did a massive spring yard clean up almost immediately. Because of their prompt service and professionalism, I enlisted them to do more yard work and clean up then I had originally intended. I had no idea how many services they actually offered. Truly amazed by how quick, competitive and professional this company was. Will be using them in the future on other projects and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any type of home or commercial maintenance completed in a timely and professional manner.

Michael Marckini is a nice man, a decent man – and that’s saying something in this too often cynical day and age. More than that, he’s more than a competent and trustworthy businessman and craftsman, he’s compassionate and understanding. I needed very bad stains removed from my landlord’s phone carpet. Sharing photos back and forth, Michael patiently explained the benefits and limitations of the “carpet cosmetic surgery” that available stain treatments entail. He gave generously of his time before I even asked for an estimate, and then promised to do the job at or below his cost. (I am a medically disabled veteran subsisting on limited fixed income.) As the proprietor of Marckini’s Property Services, Michael Marckini is a consummate professional who’ll understand and satisfy YOUR housing improvement needs, and I recommend him most highly.

MR MARCKINI WAS ON TIME VERY RESPECTFUL YOUNG MAN HE TREATED MY ELDERLY PARENTS WITH RESPECT AND HE MADE MY DAD PROUD N HAPPY THAT HIS YARD N DRIVE WAY WAS AS MY DAD WANTED...THANK YOU MIKE WE WILL RECOMMEND YOU TO OUR FRIENDS AND CALL YOUR COMPANY AGAIN IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE ....

This company did a good job removing a big tree from my yard and also junk removal and snow removal as well and the owner and his guys work great .
