Trustworthy. Family- owned. Generations of experience. Excellent craftsmen! Curtis Manucy, his son Todd Manucy and their helper Kevin are THE BEST roofers in Saint Johns county! Locals depend on these guys and are more than happy to wait until they are available because Manucy is the only one who has earned their trust. We required a new shingle roof for our home that was built in the 1920’s. It has copper covered dormers and flashings which is not an easy re-roof by any standard. Manucy Roofing made it possible for us to save our copper, made the entire system water-tight, AND came up with cost-effective details to turn our home into a beautiful little gem of a place. We couldn’t be happier or more grateful. If you are looking for true craftsmen and not just workers, this is the team you want!
On a personal note, I looked forward to each day they were here because not only did they bring stellar skills, they brought humor and positivity along as well. By the way, if they ever go on break and you want to offer them something, sweet tea to drink and fresh blueberries and bananas to snack on seemed to be a hit.
