I had a great experience working with Manhattan Roofing. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, the team was punctual, professional, and transparent about the work needed. Jerry himself was responsive and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the options and offer a fair quote.

The crew completed the job efficiently and with great attention to detail—whether it was repairing shingles, cleaning out the gutters, or sealing problem areas, everything was done to a high standard. They left the property clean and debris-free, which I really appreciated.

Overall, excellent service at a reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend Manhattan Roofing to anyone looking for reliable, quality roof or gutter work.

I was purchasing a home recently and wanted a roofing company I trusted to give a full inspection. George was great and made sure to give us full details & photos of everything we needed to know. He did such an excellent job that we saved some money because we knew the roof would need to be replaced sooner that we would of guessed. Pretty straight forward inspection and was able to work with the sellers schedule.

I had called 3 roofing companies; however, Manhattan Roofing was the only one to follow up. Manhattan Roofing replaced our roof. I engaged Manhattan Roofing to refurbish my roof. I highlighted a low spot in my roof where water was pooling and was assured that it would be repaired. After the repairs the water continued to pool in the same area. I called George Stewart several times and each time he assured me that he was coming out to look at my concern (mind you this was what I specifically asked them to resolve). No one ever came. This year after the last heavy snow more water came in and damaged the inside of the house from the same area I specifically asked them to repair. I had to pay $2000 to re-do the work Manhattan roofing should have done the first time and then another $2000 to repair the interior damage. I would sue them for the money back but they are not registered as a business with the department of state. They are not even a real business but they are coming up in searches. I recommend finding a real company where the warranty means something. I had to pay twice to get my roof repaired properly.
