Had our garage roof done and they were great. Asa the project manager Communicated everything and made sure we all had the same plan. Pricing is competitive. Supplies arrived day prior. Crew was on time next am and they do a fast efficient job and are professional. They do a great job with clean up as well and when the work was done Asa walked it off including cleanup to ensure we were happy. I highly recommend them!

We had a deck and balcony replacement done, which included complete rebuilding of the deck structure, and removing any damaged wood. Great quality of work, excellent communication from Asa, and it changed the whole look of the house to the better.

Amy and the team at Mandette Roofing took our emergency call and turned it into a positive experience, which is an extremely rare thing to say when talking about needing a new roof. Mandette replaced our roof as well as two skylights. They showed up and finished the job in one day. Deep snow banks did not deter them! Amanda and her crew were friendly, efficient, and professional. We enjoyed working with them and we would highly recommend them.

Eli and team were hired to replace the old leaky windows in our townhouse. From working with the HOA board, to coordinating with the company we purchased the windows from, planning and installation was a smooth and easy process. Eli's team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and were very courteous and clean as they worked. We noticed one minor issue a few months after the installation and Eli was quick to send his team back out to correct. Refreshing to find a company that not only does really good work - but stands behind that work long after they are done and paid. Highly recommend.

I have used Mandette Roofing Plus for a couple projects this past year at my commercial building in Portland. They installed a new rubber roof and 6 months later replaced the hip roof cap with all metal.
Aimee was very communicative and responsive with pricing, scheduling and working with my insurance carrier. The owner Eli was always accessible and accommodating. There pricing was fair and the workmanship outstanding. It is nice to have a company that I know I can TRUST and DEPEND on. Excellent quality and reasonably priced work repairing vinyl siding and trim work on our HOA building in Portland. Frankly they have exceeded my expectations and I will be recommending Mandette Roofing Plus for future work we may have. The vinyl on the entire rear side of the building has been repaired, all damaged pieces are replaced; it looks brand new! All the weathered fascia boards on the roofline have been flashed and/or sided with vinyl. They not only replaced the aluminum flashing on the Western window that was repaired poorly last year, but they color matched the paint...this also looks brand new! And the new PVC base trim boards look great also; they even installed a new angled board for the Eastern side, which is not something I had originally scoped. Personally I couldn't be happier with the work they've done and I am literally elated to see a contractor deliver above expectations for once.

Eli and his team did an incredible job replacing our front door, roof, and two porches. They were super responsive, easy to work with and knowledgable. I would hire them again in an instant!
