I recently had a new roof installed by Malick Brothers. Clint and his team did a fantastic job, and I was really impressed with quality of work and attention to detail. I needed new step flashing in several areas that was affecting my chimney and siding. Clint provided me with expert advice on the repair and replacement process. And they also guided me through shingle selection. These guys do great work, very professional, honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend them!

I filed this information with the Better Business Bureau as well. This transaction took place before and after a home was sold to a me, and organized with the help of the prior owner and the owner's Realtor. This repair was part of the closing requirement. Malick Brothers was hired to order and install a skylight. The company was provided with the home address and a quote from a competitor. The purpose of the quote from the competitor, who could not complete the work in a timely manner, was to provide the price and scope by way of example. Malick Brothers, said they could get it done in a short time frame (which they did not), and they were to go to the home and measure the skylight and identify the type of skylight installed. There are a total of 4 skylights on the roof, only 1 was damaged and in need of replacement. Malick ordered a skylight and delivered it the first time, subsequent to the closing (much delayed). They installed it and then called me to say it was too small. They asked if I would like to keep it anyway. I said no, and please order the same size and type of skylight that is there. The second attempt, they installed the proper size, but a different type of skylight, which did not open, like the others. Since asking them to provide the proper skylight Ryan Malick has avoided providing the correct skylight, hasn't responded to the Realtor who organized the work, and told me it isn't his problem. Furthermore, his team left dozens of roofing nails and roofing materials all over the property including nails on my driveway and on my master bedroom patio. Ryan Malick was told about this and declined further assistance.
The follow up that the company provided is insane. If you read their reviews, most people are happy with their "new" roof. If you want something less, look elsewhere. This is all solely my opinion from my experience. I can afford to have someone else, come and provide the proper skylight that matches the 3 others and will do so immediately. Who wants 3 functioning skylights and 1 non-functioning Malick Brothers skylight install? Shame on them for leaving me with this problem for a $1,500 difference in price due to their lack of thorough due diligence on this job. They didn't even address leaving a mess behind with dozens of roofing nails and roofing paper scattered around my property. Ugg! Some people have no clue...

Called for an estimate and they showed up a few days later, had the quote the next day and work was completed ASAP! Great experience. They were quick and cleaned up everything.

Great experience working with these guys. They were over in hours to assess wind damage on my roof and fixed it completely the next morning. Will be using them anytime I need roof or gutter repairs.

I don't typically write reviews and based off of all the positive reviews of this business, perhaps my experience is a one off case, but I did not have a good experience. Despite being told several times that they would come and do my requested repair, they completely blew me off. I realize my job may have been smaller in comparison to other projects but, don't say you are willing to do the job and then completely blow off a customer with no follow up. Not cool and not professional. I found another company who took care of it for me and was very reliable.

This is a great roofing company. They have wonderful customer service and know what they are doing. Clint and Branden are respectful and polite. I had a large rubber roof installed and their price was very competitive. The work
looks great. Through Company Cam I was able to get pictures throughout the process, even from a drone. Their scheduling was exactly what you’d want.

My house was one of the many whose roof was damaged in the windstorm in April. I contacted a number of roofers in the area and the only one who responded was Malick Brothers. They came almost immediately to my house inspected the roof and gave me an estimate. They worked with the insurance company to expedite matters. In the meantime, they tarped the roof. When it came time to do the repairs, they did it quickly professionally and thoroughly afterwards they cleaned up completely. I’m extremely pleased.

They put covers over my box gutters, and flushed them out. The workers were polite and showed me a before and after picture of their work.

Good job guys. The roof looks great and the patio (almost flat roof) also looks great. The price was very competitive. Also, the Atlas shingles and roof system is impressive. Look it up.

The crew did a good job from start to finish when they replaced our garage roof. The clean-up was excellent. The manager (Clint) was very patient and answered all our questions throughout the day.

When my room was damaged due to a recent storm I called Malick Brothers Exteriors. They were great to work with! Zack came out and worked with the insurance adjuster to come up with a agreed upon price. They quickly scheduled my roof replacement and their employees did a great job. Very fast and they cleaned up everything! You couldn't tell they were here other than my roof looks fantastic!

These guys are great! They came out to look at the roof within two days after storm damage. Sent someone out to tarp the damaged portions the same day until we can get a more permanent fix. Will consider them for future work.

Had minor roof storm damage. Called multiple roofing companies, most declined the work because the job was “too small”. Malick Brothers fit us into their busy schedule the next day. Showed up on time, provided a free estimate and were able to complete the repair that day with an hour. Ryan and Jake were professional, transparent and easy to work with. I unfortunately had hail damage from a recent storm. I saw all the positive reviews for Malick Brothers roofing and immediately contacted them with my concerns. They scheduled an inspection, did locate hail damage then walked me thru the entire process of filing a claim and what to expect.

What I truly liked was when the insurance adjuster scheduled an inspection with their roofer, Malick Brother's roofing sent their own roofer to inspect the roofer along with the insurance company to ensure a fair inspection was completed. Taking that extra step to protect me and make sure I would be treated fairly by the insurance company put my mind at ease.

Once my insurance approved my claim I was placed on their schedule rather quickly. Their crew showed up at my house and completed my roof in one day. The crew was respectful of my property, they literally scoured my entire yard with a magnet to ensure there were not any roofing nails left behind, they also walked the street in to make sure when roofing material was placed in the dumpster that there were not any nails that would possibly puncture my or my neighbors tires. When the job was completed everything was left in pristine condition.

Malick Brothers Roofing was great to work with. They came out to the project location promptly when initially contacted and they provided a very detailed no-pressure comparable free estimate. They contacted the Boro dept directly and got the necessary permit required for this project. The roof replacement job was completely in just 1 and 1/2 days. Throughout the project Malick Brothers provided ongoing updates via a company cam link that included pictures and videos to see the ongoing process of the project. A project manager was onsite throughout the process to ensure everything ran smoothly, to provide ongoing updates, and to notify customer should any issue arise. They were very respectful of the property site by putting down tarps, and utilizing a dumpster, etc. to catch debris and protect the exterior of my property. They cleaned up the work areas
throughly afterwards. I definitely recommend Malick Brothers for any of your roofing needs!

I had these guys do my flat rubber roof on a 5,000 square ft commercial building . I was very impressed of how many workers and vehicles that showed up on the job . They even had 2 females , they worked their asses off all day and the next they went above and beyond my expectations! They did everything perfect and any extra material needed to do the job the did it at no charge , Zach and his brothers were Awsome ! They beat every other roofers price and saved me money . Don't even hesitate to call these guys ! A class A company and a class A employees !

These guys are fantastic. Their crew HUSTLES all day long. They removed 100 year old slate from my roof and cleaned up every speck of it! They left my yard in great shape. The roof looks good. Their flashing work is beautiful. Clint, the foreman, is easy to work with and his drone shots of the work being performed (sent to you throughout the day) is fantastic. You can literally see them doing the work and you can see they are doing everything they said they would do. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

Called for a free estimate and that was all it took.. Ryan showed up went above and beyond and that's the end of story. New roof new gutters and left the grounds spotless like they were never here. 10 outta 10

Malick Brothers did an awesome job on both our front and back porches. We had them add soffit, fascia, new gutters and downspouts. They were great to work with and even added a few details to make our front porch look even better than before. The installers were very professional and pleasant. We got windows and a new roof for a good price last March. Roof I have no complaints. This review is only for the windows.

DO NOT GET WINDOWS FROM THEM.
They’re good people, but the window experience was a bad one. The windows were not insulated around the frame with spray foam. This really takes away from the purpose of efficiency with 3 pane windows. Also, just disappointed in the quality of the windows. Brown spots and cheap quality locks that have a hard time locking. They never finished patching around the windows / caulking them until we made a big ordeal about it and even then it wasn’t a good job. I would recommend that you go through an actual window company who specializes in windows and has a team, not random contractors, that the company invests in and trains. Quality Assurance/ Quality Control was not enforced by the company owners, that was left to us. Wish we had only done the roof and not the windows through Malick brothers.

Seriously these guys are amazing! The siding on our house was pulling off and Zach came out within an hour to save us from a disaster. Zach was literally putting our siding back up during a tornado watch and hail storm. I can’t even begin to explain how much we appreciate these guys for coming out to help us. When it comes time to replace the siding on our house, we will definitely be using Malick Brothers.

Our roofing experience was unbelievable. The project manager was in constant communication and the drone updates were to the point where I felt I was on the roof myself. 1 day install and he crew did an excellent job with the clean up which I appreciated with small children and animals. The price was on point, the work was excellent and I would highly recommend them again to anyone who needs a roof replaced.

Hands down, most transparent, efficient and professional roofing company in the Pittsburgh area. Ryan Malick & Clint (project manager) gave me live updates via iPhone videos while I was at work, and their team completed my 3100 sq ft roof in 8 hours. I have skylights and a chimney & they reinforced to prevent leaks. Complete with magnet & proper cleanup, tarps to protect windows and the ground below while tearing off shingles, and my new roof looks so aesthetically pleasing! Ryan let me pick out high quality shingles from Atlas Roofing & they booked me as soon as I was available and the weather was cooperative for winter (within 3 weeks of inquiring for a quote). 10/10, highly recommended!

My roof got a hole in it after a terrible storm. Water came rushing into my bedroom from the ceiling. The day after the storm I called several roofers. Malick Brother's were the only roofing company that listened to what I needed done. They didn't try to upsell me. They made sure my roof was tarped and secure before they left. After my insurance company approved the claim, the process was smooth. They kept me updated and they took lots of pictures. They made sure that I understood the process. They finished the job in 2 days. They left the area spotless. You would never know I just had roof work done. I really appreciate the Malick Brother's Team. Malick brothers helped us when no other roofer would touch our roof. We had recently purchased a home that had a flat roof, and most companies only want to re-roof, they do not want to patch, that style of roof. During a rainstorm we had a significant cascade of water coming over one of the corners of our house. Malick brothers fixed that issue and we had them reseal all of the seams so that we are in good shape until we are ready to completely redeck and reroof the roof in a few years. Highly recommend.

Hired Mallick Bros based on a recommendation from another contractor I had on sight. They gave me a competitive price, showed up when they said they would and completed the job as proposed. We had several small issues which they took care of in short order.

We had problems with a leaking skylight window. This was compounded because the skylight was located on a flat rubber roof. I called several contractors who either didn’t show up or came in with an exorbitant price. Not only did the Malick Brothers replace the rubber roof, they also included a new skylight. This was all accomplished in one day. They were professional and efficient and cost effective. And most important, there has never been a hint of a leak in the past eight months.

We had a fantastic experience with them in Dec 2024. We had a chimney leak problem on our back porch. I set up a time for them to stop by for a free estimate. They promptly showed up in the next couple of days. I got a reasonable estimate from them, approved it immediately, and asked them to start the work asap. They scheduled me in about a week out. The work was very professional and completely to my satisfaction. They sent texts/pictures/explanations to tell me what the fix was and how it was done. I definitely plan to use them in the future for all our roofing/siding needs.

I’ve had a really tough few weeks and a recent storm bent the fascia on my roof, causing it to flap in the wind and keep me up at night. Felt like a Murphys law moment. As I live in Florida, I needed a reliable, quality roofing artisan to replace 3 sections of rubber roof. Having seen Malick Brothers trucks around the neighborhood, I was inclined to get a quote from them. The quote was close to others but the positive recommendation from my tenant, who has known Ryan Malick since childhood, made all the difference. I will be seeing the final result in the spring but have every confidence that the job will be done to perfection.

Performed brick pointing and window sealing on a third floor window approx. 40 feet high. Team was extremely courteous and did great work. They showed up when expected and communicated well with me throughout the process. I will be scheduling more work on my eaves this spring. Highly recommended.

I was trying to install new roof more than 7 months, met a lot of roofers and heard a lot of promises, even managed to schedule with 2 companies that canceled the job on last minutes (installation day). See attached photos of my messages with them.

I had no idea what can be done and we (me and my wife) started to think to demo the property since the roof was really in bad shape and nothing can be done about it...

My wife started to Google and finally we found Brandon that gave us a new hope, a day after our conversation we received very detailed estimate and Brandon talked with us during long hour and explain every line with a lot of patience and we decided to give him a chance.

During the installation Clint the project manager called us each hour with updates and progress and when we arrived to the property at noon time Clint left everything and spent few hours with us and was making sure that all our concerns are getting addressed.

From the first minute that Malick Brother crew started the job, we received link to our cell phones with live pictures during the progress.

We couldn't believe how fast the roof got replaced from A to Z, 1 day was enough... unbelievable!!!

Unfortunately I can’t give Malick Brothers 5 stars. They did a front porch roof rebuild for me, completely tearing off the falling structure and rebuilding from scratch. The work that they did was good, price was great and I’m satisfied with the stuff they completed. The reason I can’t give 5 stars is because they haven’t finished the job. Part of the quote included vinyl post wraps for the porch posts and they have not yet installed them. I was also told they would clean the soffit and facia which has a lot of smudges and dirt from the installation. The job they did was completed in July and it is now the end of November. When I met with them to pay for the job I was told they had to order the materials and it would finished that week. It was not. A few weeks later I called and was told it would be finished that week. It was not. Called again after about a month and was told I was on the schedule and it would be finished that week. It was not. Every time I called I was told it would be completed that week and that I was on the schedule. They do good work and are competitively priced but I can’t give 5 stars due to my experience.

I highly recommend Malick Brothers. They are so accommodating. They made sure I was comfortable with their process and they listened to and answered all of my questions. The crew arrived early and began work right away. They worked the entire day and even though it was late November and the days are much shorter they were determined to finish in one day. They continued to clean throughout the job. It had gotten pretty dark when they finally packed up for the day. The next day there was at least 2 visits. A drone was sent up to get final photos of the roof. (I just loved seeing those). There was a final inspection and another sweep around the property to make sure all of the debris had been picked up. I really feel like they stand by their work. Thanks to Brandon and project manager Steve for all of your help!

What a fantastic experience with Mark from Malick Brothers. We had a small leak in our roof we found on a Friday, called them that evening and they scheduled an appt for first thing 9am Monday. I was able to place a bucket under the leak over the weekend, so no rush. Mark arrived right at 9am, went into the attic to look at the leak, then went up on the roof the check it out. We have an older-style ridgeline and the caulking around a couple nail heads was old and cracked. He cleaned the old caulking up and recaulked the nails. While he was here he also put a few new nails into our facia which had sagged in a few spots.
I was very impressed with their speed and service, and asked for some quotes on a new roof (both traditional and metal), as we are getting close to replacing it.

Other roofing companies we had called had 3+month waitlists to get a new roof installed, where Malick had us on the books a couple weeks after first contact.
