I've known the Malcom family for over 20 years. These guys work hard, they truly do. They make sure you get the best work, no matter how small the job, and try to save you as much money as possible while doing it. Everytime I come back from doing US Navy things I help out Brian and always give them a hand. His mission is to make the customer happy, often working well past 8 pm. He drove 60 miles just to check out my dad's roof, if which he would make almost no money (family discount). Some of the negative reviews on here are fake, so give them a call and I guarantee you'll be impressed by what they offer.

Malcolm roofing does a fantastic job. We have been unfortunate enough to receive multiple hail storms over the past decade. Combine that with several farm outbuildings, and we have redone a lot of roofs. Hands down, this has been the best company in Kearney we have worked with. This latest roof damage was originally scheduled with another company that took a larger deposit and was no-show and no-call for four months, meanwhile water leaked into my house. I called Malcolm roofing and they patched the leak within 24 hours and always kept in contact with me (not just talking to the man of the house as some companies tend to do). The roof looks fabulous. You can't ask for better service and courteous people.

They do not stand behind their work. It has been over a year and we still have patches of shingles missing, despite several unfulfilled promises to repair their work. We fully regret ever working with them and highly encourage everyone to STAY AWAY from this company. Even after getting the Better Business Bureau involved we have been unable to get our repairs.

This company took our (over half-down) deposit for siding on our home and never showed up to do the work. It has been well over a year. They promised to refund the deposit months ago, and we haven't seen a dime. They do not return calls and texts. We've hired an attorney and a different company is currently siding our house. Do not give this company your money! It's very disturbing that these people can run a business this way.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This company was a nightmare to deal with. We hired them and gave them over a year to get the work done and we were way too patient and unfortunately gave them the money up front (lesson learned). They ignored phone calls and texts and would never stick to their word as far as when they said they would be starting the work. We tried calling the office and they have an answering service for them so I couldn't even get ahold of them that way. We finally met to get our money back after firing them and hiring someone else and the man gave us a check addressed to someone else for the wrong amount. I brought it to his attention and he corrected it. After everything was said and done, I left a negative review on their Facebook page and the owner texted my husband and admitted fault to the claims and asked him to have me remove the post because, even though it was honest, it's bad for business. I just received a FB message from another unsatisfied customer dealing with the same exact problems and I went back to their page where I left a review and they had removed all the reviews and ability to post to the page. I find that extremely shady and dishonest. In order to spare another person from wasting they're time, do not hire Malcom Roofing.
