We needed our roof replaced. We submitted the claim and everything went really smoothly. The professionals at Majestic Exteriors were excellent. They arrived on time, were extremely efficient and we are very happy with the job they did. After they were done cleaning up, our yard looked better than when they started. Our interactions with their entire team were really positive. They were courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

They were fast and responsive. I am just very disappointed they didn't ask me anything about the ventilation of the roof. I didn't think about it at the time, but now I've realized that we're grossly under-ventilated (only have 2 gable vents for the entire roof). Now I'm trying to find a roofer who can install proper ventilation which would have been a lot simpler if they asked if we would like to add it when they already had the whole roof torn off.

Installed a brand new roof as part of a home I purchased. 15 months later we have had shingles flying off for months now. When I called for service and help, was told they couldn’t repair the roof because I didn’t sign the paperwork (homeowner who sold me house did)

Terrible customer service and continually forgot to call me back. Do not use this company!

Jake at Majestic is amazing. We had an severe ice dam and he and his crew were there within an hour. Then we needed to have the roof checked in the spring for damage and he was on-time, and gave us an honest appraisal which probably saved us thousands. These guys replaced my roof in August, 2018. Damon was fantastic, professional and thorough. The owner Jake came out to meet the insurance guy by the time it was over I got a new spa cover, a whole house painted job, new window screens and if course, a new roof. Dan managed the project and was fantastic as well. I definitely recommend these guys and will use them for sure the next time I need a roof. Thank you Majestic Exteriors!

He was on time, professional, an provided excellent knowledge an customer service. He took time to explain the damage in photos, an pointed out damage to gutters, roof, window strips..etc. He recommend a better quality roof since I told him I would be selling the home in next yr. He put together a quote, an time frame. I was surprised they could come out so quickly. Next person I met was Dan, he would be managing project an crew. He came out ahead of crew just to look at overall project an again great customer service, friendly an knowledgeable. Shingles arrived, an next day crew started, I was surprised to see Dan there getting team organized an giving direction. He left later an again surprised he stopped by after, to make sure I was happy with service, an make sure area was clean. He even went on roof to review work. I met Dan about a week later cause I thought gutters were leaking, they were not an Dan took time out of his busy day an flushed out my 2 down spouts for free, again great customer service. I also had a battle with insurance company to get my roof replaced an get a check. an the owner Jake helped me with emails phone calls, so I didnt have to take time out of my busy day. He got everything resolved, insurance, great roof, an even recommended painters, window people that could fix the rest of damage. When I sold the house 6 months later the inspector said I had a great quality roof an was installed perfectly. I cant thank Dan, Damon, an Jake for there outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend this company, I would give them more stars, if more were available!
