Can't recommend them enough! They came out initially to investigate a roof leak and determined we needed some small but important patching and repairs. We were able to get them back out very quickly to do the repairs, only 2 days after signing the quote (it would have been earlier but wind made it dangerous). They were very easy to work with, and gave us some helpful tips for preventing future issues, as well as dealing with an inside leak that was the result of the roof damage. Very kind, helpful, thorough, and fast service - hopefully we don't need any repairs soon, but if so I know who we'll call!

My house had some wind damage that was the catalyst to get a quote...I reached out to Majestic. They were the first company I called and I went with them immediately. Bob was a stand up guy from the start. He didn't try to push me for a sale, we simply walked my property and he explained the issues as he saw them. We decided to redo the whole house (it is well over 25 years old) - I cant be happier, not only with the results, but also because Bob was there for the entire project and made us feel comfortable. Even upon completion, after he inspected the work, he found some things he wanted corrected, things I didn't even notice. He could have walked and said it was done, that isn't how he does business. From the moment I called Majestic, I've had nothing shy of a wonderful, smooth and professional experience. We needed our roof replaced after a bad hail storm so after asking around for referrals we decided to go with this company. I was put in contact right away with Bob, the owner, and from there he was out at our home within hours. He was very thorough and knowledgeable which made the whole process feel less stressful. He walked us through the steps of what to expect and really took his time to make us feel valued as customers. It has been a long process due to the insurance but as soon as we got the green light, Bob and his team were ready and had our new roof done in a day! Bob, Austin and their team helped navigate the roofing world and guided us through the insurance process. They were paciente and responded to any questions quickly. Once they started the roof it was Done in 1 day! Highly recommend and would use them again! I am so happy with our new roof!

Bob recently helped me with a leak on my sunroom roof. He explained to me the issue, sealed it and checked in with me when it rained a couple days later to make sure the problem has been fixed. He also pointed out so many things I can do as DIY preventative measures around my house. thanks Bob!

Our home was hit with a major rain storm last summer which caused water to leak into the house in multiple locations.

After having several contractors on site Bob proved to be the most knowledgeable and professional of them all. We first attempted to seek relief on the repairs needed from our insurer, but were unable to do so. With the claim denied Bob put together a fair offer to replace our roof, which we accepted.

Fast forward to this spring and summer we’ve had a couple lingering issues not related to our roof that caused water to seep into the home. Bob went out of his way to help us fix leaking windows and even adjusted some of their work with our down spouts after the fact to better meet our needs.

If you’re looking for a fair and honest contractor look no further than Majestic Exteriors. They’re extremely knowledgeable and not a fly by night contractor looking to make a quick buck.
