They were always on time, gave me a fair deal every time, and never tried to upsell.
We have rental houses and do a lot of business with them.. they’re the first call we make when we have a problem.
Craig and his team were quick to respond and charged a very reasonable price for fixing my AC unit.
I love these people. I can call them and they usually have the problem fixed the same day.

Maintenance Plus is the real deal. Mr. Brown runs an honest, professional business that truly stands out in the AC world. They were always on time, gave me a fair deal every time, and never tried to upsell or push unnecessary repairs. In an industry where that kind of integrity can be hard to find, these folks are a breath of fresh air. Every employee I dealt with was helpful, respectful, and genuinely cared about getting the job done right. Highly recommend Maintenance Plus to anyone looking for quality work from people you can trust!

They came and looked at our unit and said it would need to be replaced because they could not get parts. They never called or returned. I tried to contact them a couple of times, but was not able to get them and they never came back. That was weeks ago. We have been without heat all of this time and now have a different company who is going to fix it replacing the parts, not the entire unit. I have never given anyone a single star review...until today.

I called Tuesday July 2nd. They said they would be able to service my equipment the following Monday. Never showed up. Call them Tuesday the 9th. Lady said she would have him call me and see what happened. Never called. Repeat the same thing the following day. Don’t waste your time they are no shows x 3!!

This is the most ridiculous company I have ever seen. I requested AC maintenance (cleaning) yesterday and they said that they will come today if not yesterday. Nowhere to be seen. I am 100% sure that they didn't call yesterday. Now that I called and asked today they said that they must have come yesterday. And I said, are you kidding me? Nobody called yesterday and today and how could they clean the AC as the AC minisplits were all indoors!!! She managed to say/lie that he must have cleaned the one outside (Whaahh). Use your imagination lady. You should be fired as a manager. We are NOT here to talk about your imagination and what should've happened. I will not pay a dime for this type of extremely poor and unprofessional attitude, not to mention without a single proof that any work has been done at all. Ridiculous waste of time talking to a "business" like this. Cannot believe it. DON'T USE THEM! Extremely rude, irresponsible, and outreighgeously unprofessional. It is totally not acceptable.
