It's been a long time since I've been so impressed with a company. From the first time I called Magnolia Roofing & Remodeling, through the estimate process, and the finished work, everyone I dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. My roof was repaired instead of replaced, as we had expected. I highly recommend them for all roofing needs.

The crew was professional, fast and detail-oriented . They did an immaculate job cleaning up and I would recommend this company to anyone!

I had the absolute pleasure working with Eric and his team. Not only did they replace my roof, they took care of my ceiling that was that was destroyed by water seeping through missing shingles, and they fixed my storm damaged gate. They did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves, and we are yet to find a roof nail living its best life in our yard. I felt taken care of, and knew exactly what to expect next. If Helene ripped your roof apart, Magnolia is the team to call!

I've worked with Magnolia Roofing to handle total re-roofing to minor repairs. They've come to re-check patch work, respond quickly, price affordability and are extremely courteous.

I feel like I must have gotten really unlucky. We had a roof inspection done last October with the idea if everything came out okay we'd buy. They found a couple issues which we fixed. They said we had 8 years on the roof. November we had multiple active leaks (I have timestamped photos and emails that will be going to the BBB). I had two additional roofing companies come out. One said they saw magnolias report and it was "honestly a bad report" and they said it must have been a new employee or something because we needed a new roof if we weren't going to fix multiple times before replacing it. The other roofing company said we'd need a new roof as well. Magnolia said it was the inspectors fault and the inspector says he doesnt know of a roofing company that doesnt check the attic (thats what Joe, the owner, told me. They literally dont check the attic unless there's a discrepancy between the home inspector and their inspection). As a new buyer of a house this has been one of the worst experiences as a consumer I've ever had. I feel like I am now stuck with a run down house that I don't feel safe raising my newborn in.

My siding detached during a bad storm in my area and I had been calling other companies for weeks. I didn’t get any responses back until I found Magnolia Roofing & Remodeling. The communication is immaculate. I was scheduled for an inspection within 48 hours the day I contacted magnolia roofing about a quote. My inspection was quick but thorough and I was quoted a reasonable price. The staff are friendly and professional. Joe responds to any questions or concerns his customers may have in a timely manner ; there are multiple different options for the payment process. When I finally decided to
get my siding fixed it was done the next day. In the future, I will be using Magnolia Roofing & Remodeling! Thank you, Joe and Magnolia Roofing!

I discovered an issue with my roof and contacted Magnolia. They came out less than 24 hours later and were able to diagnose and fix it on the spot. They were thorough, explained everything clearly, and further investigated beyond what I called them for to make sure everything was ok. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Had some squirrels chew through a screen in our chimney and Joe offered to come by and take some drone images. He sent to me, explained the problem, and talked me through some of our options.

He answers when you call/text, is a good guy, and runs a quality business. What more can you ask for?

Joe and Magnolia Roofing was recommended by my neighbors who are realtors and use the company for roof repairs and replacements on their listings. I had a crack in my stucco chimney that caused a leak in my ceiling. Josh came out, showed me the crack and explained how he was going to fix it. He was very professional and courteous and I am very satisfied with the work that was done.

Sad to be one of the first bad reviews but we scheduled an appointment for a small roof leak to be checked out scared it might cause water damage and or mold, they let us know Tuesday at 9am and then never showed up. 3 weeks later we get another appointment scheduled and when they come they tell us there’s no possibility that a roof leak could cause mold, that should’ve been my first red flag. Then he tells us he’s gonna go and get materials to fix said leak, only to never come back. We call and let them know and they say they will send someone else out only for the same guy to come again and start fixing the roof randomly without telling us any information before or after. Left with no notice, and now we have a bigger leak along with water damage in our guest bedroom.

I like to share that Magnolia Roofing came by to see what type of problems I was having as I lost a few shingles in a wind storm. He was on point and shared his professionalism as he inspected the roof. Joe's staff came and replaced the shingles I was missing along with other upcoming issues. Joe’s staff showed professionalism and proficiency in their work. I was very happy and pleased and I’ve decided to give him my future business replacing my roof. I also like to share that along with this issue I called different two companies and both failed with different responses, while Joe was on point and further explained the problems. I've been a carpenter for over 50 years and done many roofs. This was and insurance claim and they contracted with Magnolia Roofing. I was truly impressed with the entire experience from my initial contact to the finished product. The owner of Magnolia Roofing, Joe, was very experienced, accessible and would respond to me personally if I called . He even gave his own cell phone number to me. The workers who put the roof on were very skilled, organized, efficient, courteous and did a great job. In these days it is hard to find a contractor like this. I highly recommend Magnolia Roofing.

After having contacted three other contractors who never responded, we learned of Magnolia Roofing from a friend so we called them. Joe and his staff were prompt and professional and came to our house to inspect our needs and immediately gave us a quote to do the job. We accepted their bid and were told it would be 2-3 weeks before they could get to us. Much to our surprise they were out in 10 days and did all our trim and fascia repairs. The work was professional and looks great. We heartily endorse Joe and his crews and will use them again when the need arises.

Have a new build, and the builders rarely put gutters on the backs of the house anymore. Called Magnolia and they were able to get it done smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommend their professionalism and work. Very happy with the outcome.

Joe and his team (Daniel and Arturo) are great! That about sums it up. Repaired a couple bad spots on roof and removed two old cable dishes the previous owner had on roof. We wanted those spots properly patched/sealed. Professional and responsive. They even can by same day when I had a concern. And shared the photos of the work with me. This was the best experience I have ever had with a vendor. They were friendly, had on-time response, completed work and cleaned up. More importantly, they were honest. As a woman homeowner, vendors try to rip you off. I called 4 roofing companies. Magnolia (Joe) called back immediately. Really nice guy with a great vibe. Daniel, very nice as well, came out and inspected my roof. He was so kind to do a temp fix while inspecting due to upcoming rain. They returned, fixed all my issues and a few more he saw. Joe and his team have done work for me multiple times. They are always quick to respond to my calls and are able to work me in quicker than other companies in town. Joe stands behind his team's work and personally came out to look at the latest job. When there was something he was not happy with he had his guys back out to get it up to his standards.

One star bc apparently the office staff have forgotten how to dial a phone to reschedule appointments. Instead they just show up with no appointment or even a courtesy call. Now I have to reschedule a meeting I had this morning to set my special needs child up at school. The crew of Latin men they sent out to do all the work were very efficient and pleasant. The fact that their vehicle is unmarked and none of them have company clothing makes me suspect they aren't being compensated properly though. Wouldn't use this company again or recommend them to anyone due to the invasive way they conduct business.

The roofers at Magnolia are excellent. They came out faster than either of the two other companies I called for the estimate and the the actual repairs. They were also by far the best value of the companies. It's always best to shop around but make sure Magnolia roofing is one of the ones you call for roofing needs!

This company is INCREDIBLE! I was referred to them from a friend after receiving several other roof quotes. They provided an itemized quote, had the job scheduled within a week and full roof replacement completed in 2 days. I will recommend them to anyone needing a new roof!

The men at Magnolia are amazing! They came by my house to do an inspection because my ceiling was dripping water. They discovered it was coming from my AC unit. They were prompt and honest which I really respect and they had a great sense of humor. I highly recommend them.

Mr. Joe and Mr. Daniel are the absolute best. Not only are these gentlemen, subject matter experts, but they will explain everything to you until you understand and they have no problems ensuring all questions are answered. They worked on my house and I was not able to be home, Mr. Joe and Mr. Daniel were so accommodating to my wife and they made sure she was informed concerning all work that was done. Their Crew worked like magic on my roof and when they cleaned up the site, it was left just as they had found my home. Equally important, they like to have fun and their energy is so so infectious!!!!! It is so nice to have a TEAM that knows their craft and able to explain the "why" of all the work that is being done.

Magnolia Roofing made my roof repair process super easy! Joe and Daniel are both professional, nice, and fun to work with. Daniel came out to inspect my roof, took pictures, explained what he found and told me exactly what to tell my insurance company to get what I needed done paid for. Daniel kept in touch with me with any updates. They literally got my roof removed and put in in 1-2 days! They fixed the siding on my house as well as replaced half of my back fence and porch screening. I loved working with these guys they saved me so much money. I’d recommend them and do business with them again any day. Thanks guys !

We interviewed around 6 roofing companies. We went with Magnolia. They were relaxed, honest (we cleared info provided with a relative, who is a general contractor) and didn’t try to upsell. They worked on two of our neighbors’ roofs and were highly recommended. They were fast and reasonably priced. They put on new shingles and performed a repair of a rafter and installed bracing for additional rafters.

Afterward we had a problem where the oven range was rattling oddly. Magnolia staff came out promptly and determined that debris from the roof repair had fallen into the vent (only about the third such incident in a decade). They fixed the problem quickly at no additional cost.

We highly recommend this company.

Magnolia Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our roof. They are very professional, showed up when they say they would and the quality of work was top notch. They did a great job protecting our plants and clean up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Back at the first of the year, Joe was recommended to me by a friend who is a general contractor. I had a very challenging leak and was having a difficult time finding someone to take on the job. Daniel came out and did a great job of identifying the problem and coming up with a solution. They got the job done in a timely manner. Communication was excellent and I felt at all times they had my best interest in mind.

Currently, I am selling my home and the home inspector noted there was sunlight coming through at of my chimneys. I contacted Joe and he came out and fixed the problem right away. I will be using Magnolia again because they do what's best for the customer.

Needed to have my 3yr old gutters that were installed by Home Depot replaced. These gutters were originally installed by crackheads that HD sent up from Charleston SC. They were installed improperly and were causing water to enter inside the wall of my kitchen. Magnolia came out, assessed the situation and replaced the defective gutters. The lights in my kitchen no longer flash on and off when it rains and water drains in the intended direction, towards the down spouts. Never trust a big corporate store with your most valuable possession. Call Magnolia and get it done right the first time.

House needed siding repairs. Joe was helpful in his initial evaluation and we decided to do a complete vinyl siding installation. Crew was awesome. They went above and beyond to make my house look great. They were helpful in advising about reusing the old shutters. They even painted the shutter screws to blend in when they re-installed. I would highly recommend Magnolia.

I did meet with Joe of Magnolia Roofing and was quite impressed. He was on time and easy to talk to (as I tend to have a lot of questions when I am in the middle of a home project). The most important thing about my meeting with Joe was his honesty concerning my roofing request. What I thought I needed for my roof was actually not correct. What I thought I needed for my roof would cost me quite a bit of money, but the option he gave me for the roof was much less than what I thought was the primary problem. Unlike the other contractors that I received estimates from, he was the one to give me an option. With the option, we decided to go with the much more expensive option in order to take care of everything at once. With this honesty, we were provided the opportunity to choose. With the inclusion of their reasonable rate, my family and decided to go with Magnolia Roofing hands down to do the entire roof.

On the day that I was to call them to go forward with the roofing project, we had a family matter that came up. Therefore, the project was put on hold. My family and I agreed that even though we were not able to follow through with our roofing project, at this time, Magnolia Roofing yet deserves a positive review for their honesty and professionalism.

Morning after calm . I am a meticulous type of consumer and on edge when waiting for a big job out of my control . So, to Joe , Dan and his crew . Super job . I can sleep again . Team knocked on my door at 06:50 and had my roof stripped by 08:50. Wow !! Truck arrived with materials and off they went . Long story short , done picked up by 16:50 . Great job from this team . Joe was a pleasure dealing with as was Dan . They went out of their way to work with the adjuster sent to evaluate my damage . All I can say is , need some work or a new roof ...this is the team to call . Thank you Joe , Dan and your install crew . Happy it was a less than normal heat /humidity day in SC .

Magnolia replaced our entire roof due to some damage from wind as well as its overall age. Joe and Daniel were very responsive and helpful through the whole process and especially dealing with the insurance company. Daniel met the insurance adjuster at our house to point out the damage as well as answer any questions he might have had. The roof replacement crew showed up on time and handled the tear-off, replacement, and cleanup all in a very efficient manner in a single day. We upgraded from the standard 3-tab to architectural shingles and it looks so much nicer now because of that change. I recommend these folks for any roofing repair or replacement you might need!
