When I had a roof leak and my warranty had just expired I was really worried how expensive repairs would be. Even though my warranty had just expired Kevin still honored it and had his crew out immediately to fix my leak. Kevin didn't have to do that, but he did and it shows he's a man of integrity. We lost shingles during one of our storms. Called 3 roofing companies and Magic Roofing was the only one to answer our phone message. They came and gave us an estimate and set a date to replace them. Very professional and told us we need to think about replacing the roof as shingles are not holding up like their warranty.

Had a tree blow down on a building with a Durolast membrane roof, which was punctured in 9 places. The original installer (Magic) was called and they made the repairs in a timely manner, no fuss, no muss and all is now good.

Kevin, Mathew, and the crew are wonderful to work with. Woke up in the middle of the night with a leak in our new house. This was the 1st rain since buying. I walked into the office at 10:37 am at 11:30 a crew was at my house for estimate and by 1:15 my roof was fixed. Thank you, Magic Roofing, for taking the stress of a leak away.

Had to make multiple (4) calls to get someone out to do a quote. Then once I was notified someone would be out they never showed so I had to call them and they rescheduled 3 days after. I never received any calls following the onsite visit, so after 5 days I called and they stated that they never received any info from their worker who performed the site visit, but I did get a call back later stating that my quote was buried under a pile of other paperwork and they didn't see it.

Within one week a roofing tech showed up at my home to do the work, unfortunately he was not the individual who did the quote and proceeded to climb on my home roof and not the shop roof that was quoted. Luckily my M.I.L. was at the home (since both me and spouse work), and she was able to show them the building they should be working on.

Since this is a over 30ft. building I am unable to see the completed work and I am hoping it is satisfactory. I have used Magic Roofing before with none of these issues on a bigger job. This unfortunately was not the best experience.

Worker who came out were very professional and investigated the problem with our water leakage and solved it quickly. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

The gentlemen from Magic Roofing were very courteous, efficient, and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. As far as I can tell the roofing is a good job. I can even tell that it has made a difference in the temperature in the house.

The quote I received from the men who looked at my roof, was doubled by the owner. I had my daughter keep tract of their time on site. The bill came in twice of what we had logged. I got an $1750 off the bill. This whole process was a padded process in their favor. I wouldn't trust them ever again.

So far experience has not panned out as expected. When quoted I was left with the understanding they were a couple weeks out. After I paid they said they would call me to put me on the schedule in a couple days. It has been weeks later and I am not on the schedule and my last conversation stated that they were 6 months out. They were kind enough to come out and do a roof repair on the new HVAC install (that has now completely blown off by the wind). Again this was caused by their staff informing me that it would be okay to go ahead and get the HVAC done before the roof came and it wouldn't be a problem. Per a phone call that happened the week I got the HVAC, that was false information and it should have been coordinated to occur at the same time. They have my money, hope the review doesnt mean my work takes longer or is less quality. I picked them for reputation and an exceptional price but so far im.....topless and sunburned.

Magic Roofing was prompt in responding to needed roof repairs caused by high wind followed by rain both at my business office and my home. Professional, courteous, and on-time for a fair price. They may not be the cheapest to use, but they are among the best in the business and the pricing is fair for the quality of the work done.

Been 4 years since I had all the shingles on my house replaced here. As always, here we go again with the wind. Was just up checking on a mounted dish and everything is flawless still. No problems whatsoever. They did an AMAZING job and with a 4 year update I'm happy to say I don't regret using Magic Roofing. Owner is a real good guy and everything was super easy. In town where every business seems overloaded and understaffed, it has been so difficult to get work done on our house and yard --we've been ghosted time and again. The wonderful people at Magic Roofing are just as busy as everyone else --maybe more so-- and yet they went out of their way to help us with our roof needs and were so kind and professional. No matter who you're working with in the home improvement sector in Farmington, you have to make several calls and reminders but that's okay. Asked for an estimate on a leaking roof. Had a call from the office and stated the estimator would call me and schedule. He called at 8am Saturday and stated he was coming right then of course with no advance notice I had plans already. He came without me and looked at the roof and still have not had an estimate or return call. Time to call another company. They obviously don’t need my business.

The roofers did a fabulous job and it looks beautiful. There was only one thing. They nailed some nails into the roof by the fireplace and the nails showed up inside the house on the ceiling. My husband showed the supervisor and he said he’ll tell his boss but they didn’t get back to us about how they’re gonna fix it. We haven’t fixed or touched it. But other than that, it’s fabulous. Requested for price quotation. A gentleman fr Magic Roofing came out to my house to take measurements almost a month ago. I called to see if they are going to email me the price quotation. Then I called 2 more times.... I still have not received a price quotation. Sadly, had to go with another roofing company.

Our roof was under warranty and the wind had pulled it up over our porch. We notified the company and they repaired it the next day.

In a time where estimates are months out just to give an estimate on a service, I greatly appreciate magic roofing. they already maid a small repair near a cannalie above my bathroom 5 years and still no leaks I was mistaken I had called when they were closed I was called back promptly the next day I'm per fextly satisfied with there people they are awesome 5 star all the way good job.

Did a very good job on the replacement of my 30 year old roof. Cleaned up their mess well. Made me a new swamp cooler mount as they noticed the rust and corrosion on mine. The only "problem" I had was that they are in such high demand for their quality service that I had to get on a waiting list. Only the best businesses have such "problems". Top notch guarantee on materials and labor. This roof should outlive me!

After waiting a week to have someone come and look at my skylight leak, he called and said he's comeing to take a look. After a day of waiting he called and said he's comeing to look at the leak. After 3 minutes of "looking" he leaves and said he'll have a quote made and call me. I wouldn't wast my time with these people.

I would not recommend Magic Roofing & Construction Co. Inc. My parents had them do their roof. The company had a poor lack of communication. They showed up on a Thursday took the old roof off. They didn’t show up on Friday or Monday. when that said they would. This exposed our unfinished roof the weather. It snowed and rained on the roof on Sunday and Tuesday. They left a part of the roof unfinished. When we called they stated “oh they guys didn’t tell.” After checking he said “ it’s because we didn’t have the material to do it.” They never told us when they would show up. My dad left his truck in the driveway because of that. While working on our roof they hit his truck and left a dent and a scratch. They didn’t do anything for the dent or scratch. When we called they said “oh they guys didn’t tell me. So I don’t know if they did it.” I would choose a different company.

My real estate team and I use Magic Roofing often. They have always came through for us, and given us honest and great service.

We needed an estimate for gutters and a roof leak. They sent out a person to measure and give us an estimate within days of my request. After accepting their bid they completed the roofing repair right away and did a very good job of it. The gutters will be installed when the materials arrive. Everyone from the estimate to the work was very professional and nice to talk to. They answered all my questions and listened to my suggestions.

They did a great job on my new roof, had to have a complete tear off! They are by far the best price in town! Even replaced a few bad boards and removed a old swamp cooler for me.

Magic has done two roofs for me, one a complete tear off and replace. The other a maintenance package, and removal of an old swamp cooler. Both jobs turned out fantastic and in a timely matter I wouldn’t use anyone else in the state. These guys know there business!!!

I had wrote earlier that the dismembered my air conditioner by taking the float off and when I came to give it to them they left for weekend and I didn't get it on I'm bedridden and stayed in a hot house ,they finally called me to day and fixed air conditioner and I'm truly greatful so they were very humbling and apologize up n down the roof looks fantastic

2 years ago, Magic Roofing had done a very good job fixing another contactors mistake.
Now I purchased through Lowe's Farmington,NM store Fascia, soffit and seamless gutters, I asked who the installer would be before purchasing the products, Lowe's rep said it would be Magic Roofing. Due to the past experience and a very satisfied customer, I had agreed. But due to lack of service, installation of none matching colors and delays. I WOULD USE A DIFFERENT CONTACTOR FOR THE FUTURE INSTALLATION
