Well, when I contacted Isaac to paint 10 doors on our investment property, he was very responsive and quick, though... we're out of state investors, and can't check the quality of work. He sent me photos of the doors, taken from very far, and I issued a payment in full.
Our agreement was that he'll make two layers of outdoor paint, and that wasn't done. He painted one layer, poor quality of work, when I received photos from my property manager, I was shocked. I forwarded those photos to Isaac, together with the manager's and tenants opinions, and asked him to finish the job we agreed to and I already paid for... and didn't receive ANY response from him. Follow up emails also didn't give any results.
Be aware, not a contractor you should trust, especially if you can't control it personally. Very disappointing.

He came to fix one of my tenants door knobs. He put a screw in the knob to hold it on and it broke the next day. He wanted to charge me a second time to come fix the work that he messed up on. Wouldn't refund me for the work either. Very disappointing.

Issac helped me fixed my 2 plugins and my power box. He cares about my security when I asked him to increase more power to one plugin he rejected it as it's dangerous to add more when there's limitation to it. I feel happy to have him help me as he knows a lot bout electricity and he cares about our house security. I really really appreciate his great help. I would like to recommend him to my friends.

Isaac is “wonderful “ he is very quick and he’s so friendly and respectful, he did what we needed to have done and we intend on making him our official handyman. Excellent gentleman.

Isaac helped me fix a lots of stuff today. He repaired my power outlets for 3 rooms, he replaced 2 pieces in my breaker box, he installed me a new light, he activated my gardge controller, and he figured out the problems of power cable disconnection. He is a very intelligent professional I've ever met. Also he is a people-person. He is very friendly to work with. In a nut shell he fixed all the problems in our house and his rate is really reasonable and affordable :) we are very happy with his help. I will recommend him to our relatives and friends :)

Isaac was so amazing. He is knowledgeable, kind, & he went above & beyond to help me with my need. I highly recommend his services. I have utilized other handymen before, many who were very good, but Isaac is the best one I have had.

I have hired Magic Lamp a few times for handyman fixes on a rental property I own. Isaac does excellent work in a timely manner and is reasonably priced. Would recommend.

Isaac helped us out on short notice and did such a quick, efficient, and good quality job that we then used him for another small project. He is timely, knowledgeable, and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend his work (he did drywall for us, fixed an electrical outlet, as well as fixed some complicated plumbing for our new sink). All for a good price and quick. We will definitely keep his number handy for future work.

We wanted to have our basement done within our budget. We got three bids and Isaac's was the best with what to expect at the end. His men worked really well and did an excellent job throughout the project. Each evening, they were cleaning the basement. They finished the job in time. If we need anything, we know who to call. Definitely recommend

He does a nice job, very detailed and nicely designed. If youre not sure what or how you want your landscape designed, he comes up with good designes and ideas. Truly recommend his work.
