This family business should not be overlooked. They were prompt and met my needs 100%. The quality of their workmanship is superb. I had to replace my porch posts due to wood rot and they even made it better than the original posts. They also replaced my porch roof shingles. Great job and completely satisfied!

Mag Selva was so easy to work with! They were very communicative and completed our siding repair job quickly and thoroughly for a very reasonable cost.

Unfortunately, I regret choosing Mag Selva to replace our gutters and install their recommended gutter guard mesh. They’re nice, the work looked great initially, and they provide warranty. However, within few months we found out about the product’s poor quality. They had to come back 4 times and it hasn’t even been one year yet. The first time they had to add a bigger splash guard to prevent water from pooling up by my basement door (see picture). The second, third and fourth times were because within just few months the leaves and pine needles managed to block the recommended guard they spoke highly of (see pictures before and after 6 months). The water was pooling up in areas around the house and leaked into my garage (see picture). They know the mesh is not going to work but they chose to do the bare minimum and replace pieces of it now hoping it won’t rain again and maybe I’ll stop complaining. The last time I texted them regarding the water flowing along the foundation of my house, they said that’s drainage issue not covered under warranty. It’s a simple downspout that they didn’t terminate 6 feet from the house, and they could have at least given me a professional advice instead of leaving it like that. Needless to say, I can not recommend this business. Advertising warranty to make up for the low quality is just not a good business model. I told the owner I will not be recommending this business after this unpleasant experience. She said good luck, we have evidence that we did a perfect job? Save yourself the headache; you may pay more elsewhere but you get what you pay for.

I would highly recommend Mag Selva Roofing, etc. The level of workmanship and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I was informed on each step of the process. Upon completion the worksite was properly cleared and cleaned. Also, the quality of the skylights were custom made welded together versus the cheap glue and cheap screws that other manufacturers use. I was very impressed by this company. Manuel and his team are professional and honest people. They work very hard for long hours and do a good quality job. I’d recommend them to anybody and will hire them again if/when the need arises.

Mag Silva was spectacular, I had a small area of facia repaired and a few siding boards replaced. The communication was great and so was the price.

Mag Selva Inc. replaced our deck. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! We got a fair price quoted by Manuel and they started the work about a week later. Manuel and Juan showed up on time every day and worked well into the evening, even on bad weather days. They were always available for questions and were great about talking through everything. The attention to detail and craftsmanship they demonstrated was amazing. Our deck came out beautiful!!! We have some other projects that we need done and will definitely use Mag Selva going forward. They are the best!!!

Mag Selva performed a total re-decking of our back deck and stairways an area of approximately 500+ square feet. They removed all the old decking, reinforced the underlying platform throughout and finished off a marvelous remake of what once had been. A truly thorough and professional job thru and thru. The team that sold the job actually performed the work, unlike all other quotes we received. This was a terrific experience. We’ve since requested this team to replace all the gutters throughout our property and do the underlying repairs to wood and windows. We have total confidence given the high quality work and service we’ve received from Mag Selva. Highly recommended!!!

Very professional & meticulous about their work. Manuel made sure all the debris was contained in a small area & he even went out his way & built a "tent" around the opening to keep all dust from entering the house. I was so impressed with the 1st skylight I had him come back & install a 2nd one. I will contact them in the future if I need anything else installed.
