I would never recommend this company! Installed a roof at a rental property of mine, when job was completed gave check to their representative. Over a year later they claimed that job was marked paid in their system, but they cannot seem to find payment and that I needed to provide proof of payment. They said employee who accepted check wasn’t working for them any longer and they didn’t know if he stole check. While was trying to figure out was going on and trying to see if check was cashed. They left a rude voicemail saying that they would be referring me to collections. They are ones who lost check or stole it one. I pay my bills and use many contractors. They are by far the most disorganized contractor I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend using them under any circumstances and will let everyone in central Ky
that I do business know this as well.

We had a roof put on our house with Madison Remodeling, Inc and I will be using this company again for any future home repairs. I am so impressed with how quickly they finished our roof, it was done before I got home from work AND I left for work before they even showed up! There was NOTHING left for us to pick up or throw away, the yard was clean with absolutely no debris. The roof looks great and the small leak that we had been dealing with is no longer an issue. I can not express just how impressed my husband and I are with this company and the quality of the work done for the reasonable price we were charged. This company is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED buy two very happy homeowners in Richmond.

Madison Remodeling completed a large project that included creating a new closet/laundry room, installing a new shower, laying new flooring, extending our back concrete patio with a roof, replacing our shingles and gutters. The completed work is beautiful. Dwayne was great to work with and followed through with his word.

Madison Remodeling completed a multifaceted project at our home and they did a wonderful job. It was a back yard project that included covering an existing deck, adding a storage building, and pouring a concrete pad for a basketball court. Everything turned out great and the job exceeded our expectations. The work crews were skilled and efficient and everything looks great!

These guys are very professional and offer great prices also are very reliable and friendly like part of the family give them a call for any needs you would have. I truly would not call anyone else they are on time and never leave you stranded.
