I had a substantial leak at my building. However, before I was available to have someone come out to look at the roof, there was two more storms without any water coming in. Josh and Jaheim came out to look at it, but made no promises because it had leaked since the first storm. After looking around a while, they found two holes (apparently bullets), got them fixed and were in their way. It has been storming for two days and everything is dry. Thanks guys.

William and Richard were very professional and hard working. They came in and went right to work and got the job done safely and quickly.

After 14+ year of having their roof, they contacted us and gave us a free inspection. Warranty was for 15 years so they wanted to check if they held up on their end of the warranty. Brian showed up on time and was very informed in his craft. He walked me around showing me things to look out for and also acted very professional, along with a joke here and there. When we need any work done, these guys are one phone call away.

Called yesterday because we had a leak. They sent to William today. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, informative and fixed our leak fast.

Switched the roofing service we use for our 30,000 sq ft Nucor metal roof building over the winter, and couldn't be happier with MacDermott Roofing. Brian is professional, knowledgeable and helpful, and knew exactly what our roof needed. Josh and Jeff came out to perform the repairs, and did a fantastic job as well. So far, we're extremely happy with the vendor switch, and will update this review if anything changes.

Josh and Jeff were the roofers that repaired our buildings roof today. They were friendly, fast and not one tear was shed about the 6 degree weather! Highly recommended!

7/9/2025 William G visited our practice today due to a possible roof leak- no leak was found. He reassured us that the drain is completely sealed from our last service he completed. (I should have known he wouldn't fail us!) He is a such a wonderful person to work with when he visits our clinic. Friendly and knowledgeable and takes time to explain and show pictures or videos of everything functioning. Macdermott has a real gem with this one!

Had a roof leak at work, called just after 10am and William and his partner were here by 1pm. Fixed a crack pipe from the roof drain super quickly. Our business has been using MacDermott for a while now and they always do great. Thanks again to William!

The guys were professional and knowledgeable. The issue was handled even though it was another trade that left their work unfinished. My first time dealing with macdermott even though they have serviced the building I recently became involved in. Josh was on time, polite, respectful, calling me sir. For me eye contact is important and he did so throughout of conversations. He made sure to explain to me, a roof novice, the problems and solutions in language I could understand. They both were timely, not wasting my time but being efficient. Looking forward to working with them.

Called for a quote on my Flat roof at a commercial building I own the gentleman James I spoke to over the phone once I gave him the address he says we'll pass on that one your roof is probably too far gone so try a smaller local company they may be interested I told him I'm not looking for path work I want a new roof I called another company they quoted me 25k after actually coming out to inspect the roof I'm going with that company

On Saturday, 1/27, the Department of Elections reported a roof leak that caused ceiling damage to our 4th floor . The gentleman from Macdermott came out and accessed the situation thoroughly. Secondly, they repaired the problem on the roof without any complications. They followed up with excellent customer service and attentiveness to the problem. I highly recommend Josh and Nick for any roofing repairs.

I called and they responded quickly to a leaking commercial roof.
They sent out a technician William Green. He and his helper got right to work and ruled out all possible areas the leak could have been coming from. They narrowed it down to a bad furnco. They work thru the cold. Great work ethic by William and his helper.

This is the absolute best roofing company I have ever experience. McDermott replaced the flat roof on our church. They were professional and went above and beyond the call of duty to get the work done. Additionally, there is a skylight in our church that was in desperate need of cleaning. The skylight shade looks brand new now they are done. I HIGHLY recommend McDermott to all looking for commercial roof repair or replacement.

After reaching out to have an estimate for our building’s aging roof, I had an initial phone conversation and we looked at the areas via Google maps. A few days later, MacDermott Roofing sent an inspector who did a thorough analysis of all of our trouble areas. He took the time to explain his findings and what areas needed immediate attention and which areas could wait. Today, I have William on our roof and he and his assistant have been amazing. He explained exactly what they were going to be working on, and was very prompt and courteous. I just met with them again and the difference in what they have done versus previous repairs is night and day. Again, William took the time to explain exactly what they have done and made sure that everything was done correctly. I couldn’t be happier with the information and craftsmanship I’ve seen so far.

Josh and Anthony came out this morning and did a thorough job checking out every nook and cranny of my 22 year old roof. Noted repairs and discussed with me to clarify all of my questions. Nice guys- thorough, friendly and competent.
