The crew did amazing work and they were fast, professional and polite. One of the gentleman who installed my gutters went above and beyond and added a thoughtful touch by making a latch so I can raise the gutter that runs across my walkway. I would highly recommend these guys for your home improvement projects.

The folks at M4 were great to work with for my gutter replacement project. I was coordinating the gutter work in conjunction with exterior painting and M4 was very patient and flexible in scheduling their work around the painting. Once I was able to move forward with the gutter work, they got the work scheduled and completed promptly; and the install looks great. Very pleased with M4.

Tom was great and communicated well with us and the insurance company. He made it very easy. They did a great job.

I’ve had roofing and siding repairs done by Omar Gutierrez and M-4 Roofing. The work done was excellent and Omar and his team are ethical, knowledgeable, and they respond promptly when there is a problem that requires immediate attention. Their prices are fair and they work hard to please their customers. They also identify the problem, and even if it is a minor roof repair such as reapplying silicone to a vulnerable area, they will repair the minor problem and not represent it as a bigger problem than it is. In this hail prone state, customers are lucky to have a roofing company that does business with integrity and professionalism. I highly recommend them.

After receiving a recommendation from a neighbor and seeing the work that Tom and his crew did for them, we decided to get an estimate for a roof replacement. Tom was great to work with. He worked with our insurance company to facilitate the process, met the adjuster and when it came time for the installation, his crew completed the work in a day and a half. He came out after the job was finished to take care of a minor blemish with one of the shingles- it took him less than 10 minutes to repair.

Overall, we are very pleased with the attention to detail, timely follow-up and consistent and honest communication that Tom and M4 provided. I'd recommend them to anyone needing roof and gutter repair services.

Last summer M4 Roofing approached me after a severe hail storm hit the majority of my neighborhood. Due to John Wheeler's friendly and educational sales approach he made me aware of my hail damage and how M4 could quickly get my roof repaired. John stood by his word. John and his crew were able to get my roof repaired and roof permit finalized with the city in less than 4 days. WOW! My next door neighbor had similar hail damage and used a different roofing company. It took my neighbors roofing company 2 weeks to get the roof repaired and 3 months before the roof permit was finalized by the city due to improper roof repair. I am a raving fan for M4!

Omar and M4 did a great job with my roof and windows. They really made the repair process easy and smooth. Omar explained the entire process and made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction.

First off, I should have written this review much sooner. I just want to express my thanks to Tom Grimm and his team. They worked with me to explain the process of getting my roof replaced last summer. In June, 2018, we had a very bad hailstorm come through our town, and I ended up selecting M4 based on meeting with Tom. He worked with me through the entire process. The workers showed up when they expected, they cleaned the area thoroughly, and were professional the whole time. Tom made a nerve-wracking experience go smoothly. I even recommended him to two of my friends, and the three of us would have conference calls with Tom, and he patiently and thoroughly answered our questions. I would totally work with Tom and his group if I ever need a new roof (hopefully not in the near future). I would recommend this roofer, and I don't often write reviews. Thanks Tom for working with us and getting us through the process.

M4 did a fantastic job on the roof damaged severely by hail. Timely in getting a quote, working with insurance, and completing the job. Very thankful that Kevin and his team took such great care of the home.

Bad customer experience. We were told by M4 that they would be acting as the contractor to complete all of our insurance repairs. They were happy to take the extra contacting fee and demand payment for the roof and gutters as soon as the work was completed.

Fast forward took nearly 3 months later and we just finally got our solar panels reinstalled which cost us an extra ~$170/mo in energy costs. Now we have to deal with the insurance company to get our house painted and have them audit the work that was billed but not completed by M4. It sounded like a great idea to have a single company fix my house, but after this experience I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more reputable contractor.

Our neighbor that recommended M4 just sold their house and had to redo large sections of their roof because it didn't pass the seller inspection. We will be getting an independent inspection of our roof immediately.

It was awesome working with M4 Roofing through my whole roof replacement process. My roof had been damaged from a few hail storms the past couple of years and shingles were coming off during strong winds. I chose M4 Roofing over others mainly due to the fact that the owner came out to work with me and my insurance company to deliver a fair and accurate estimate to all parties concerned. They also made sure to work within my budget and to handle the complexities that insurance reimbursements present. My assigned project manager kept me informed throughout the entire process. Top marks to the whole M4 team. Getting a roof and gutters replaced at this time of the year posed it's own set of challenges which they overcame with flying colors. All of their work was 1st class. They helped us get the proper items fixed after a bad hail storm. Our insurance company fought us with all of the repairs and M4 was there with all of the proper documentation to get the repairs approved and completed.

This is the second time I have had to have my roof reshingled because of hail damage. Both times I have had M4 Contracting do the work since simply they are the best. It's a very professional operation with very dedicated personnel.Mr. John Wheeler was exceptional regarding overseeing that all the work was done smoothly and on time. I am so pleased now with the look of the roof.

M4 completed my roofing job, they were extremely professional and walked me thru each step with insurance co., etc... And making sure they applied the correct shingles, due to me living in a HOA and I have guidelines to follow. The cleaned up went as they promised.

M4 roofing made it so easy for us to get our hail damage repaired. They worked directly with our insurance company to work out payments so that all I had to do was let them know my schedule so they could get the whole projected completed in unison with my schedule.

Very pleased with the work done. The work was done in a very timely manner and communication throughout the whole process was excellent. Our project manager John was great in explaining everything very well and it was so nice that we didn't have to do much with any paperwork with the insurance company since they took care of it for me. I had water coming from my ceiling on Sunday night. I contacted my insurance company Monday morning. They provided 3 names to contact, I contacted all 3; only M4 Roofing returned my call right away and was to my house that morning by 11 am. I did not receive a return call from the other 2 roofing companies until days later with them scheduling appointments for inspection a week later. M4 started the job on time and completed the job when they said they would. They were responsive, prompt, and courteous. I would highly recommend them for your roofing job!

Omar came by our house and explained everything so clearly, but also seemed to understand that we wanted the roof fixed quick and clean. Omar did well explaining our options, and was there the day of installation. The crew worked hard, and had the roof done by mid-afternoon, this despite a mix up by the company that was supposed to deliver the roofing materials the evening before. They didn't make the delivery until late morning, but the M4 crew got right to work, and had the roof ready when the truck arrived. They did a decent job of cleanup, too. The inspector approved the work, and we would recommend M4 and Omar to anyone who might ask.

Great company , Omar knew what he was talking about had the adjuster add other items that was missed during initial inspection. Would definitely recommend!

Extremely satisfied. Nice people, fast and efficient. My roof is beautiful. Tom is one of the nicer people that I have met.

The worst company ever .. and they outsource work to contractors who they dont even know if they are liscened or not .. dont pull permits and then try and say they have nothing to do with it .. when I was working with and talking to m4 the whole time !! screwed me on my roof .. lied about permits the m4 guy was even here when work was going on ... lied about that, took $700 dollars from me and left me with a leaky roof .. and a half done job and no permit ... and they refuse to get in contact with the contractor who did the work !! The contractor that works for them... the contractor they had come to my house !!! Now the town .. and the police are involved and they refuse to try and get the problem solved ... they screwed my neighbor over also .. and have not come to finish the work that was started over 2 weeks ago !!! But already took her money !!

Apparently speaking the truth is now considered defimation, I was told by your representative that m4 was doing my roof .. that these people worked for you I have pages and pages of messages he also told my neighbor that they were doing my roof ... the contractor told me he works for m4 ... the money was not going to m4 and that's why I was told I had to make checks out to someone else and sign a contract with the contractor... I questioned everyone on this and was told it was because there was no overhead even though I was 5 grand out of pocket on top of the 4130 from my insurance I was told m4 was overseeing the entire thing and would be here day of build .. which they were !!! I also told your office lady the same thing .. I told her all of this .. and she was mad it was trying up the phone .. the day I spoke to her I received another text from your representative... I asked if she wanted the messages to which she told me no .. I was told by your rep that the permits were pulled everything was taken care of and I had nothing to worry about that m4 doesnt work like that he was at my house with my boyfriend and I for over an hour and a half going over everything and picking out shingles... went over cost and everything.. I'm sorry that you feel the need to threaten and bully anyone who says anything you dont like about your company I have all the messages to back it all up. I called and the town called to get help contacting your employee and you will not give us any info other then telling us that yes he works for you. And yes my neighbor has had problems also .. it's been almost 3 weeks she still does not have her screens back and her gutters are messed up and she has already paid ... she is a dear friend of mine and also elderly. We asked for your help to find this supposed contractor and he works for you according to you .. your rep, and him.And he worked without a permit and lied to the town to try and get out of paying. I am in contact with the town regularly as I paid for a skylight and still dont have it and can not get work done till this permit is taken care of...

M4 Roofing replaced our roof and gutters in Lakewood, CO in June 2018. The crew did a fantastic job, were very fast and left the jobsite clean. The consultant/project manager we worked with was Bo and he was very attentive and has excellent communication skills. Bo stayed in touch all throughout the process and made sure to understand and address our concerns. We are satisfied with M4 and the job they did. We recommend them and would hire them again.

Wow I cannot believe the reviews I am reading on here. I am not affiliated with M4 Roofing. I have used them 4 times over the past 3 years (two houses) to do the roof & gutter replacement after hail storms. The jobs were done well and on schedule (weather permitting). They worked with the insurance company and passed inspection. I know they are local because my sales guy lives in Highlands Ranch, CO. I have used them again and again because I was happy with the job and the value. After reading the reviews on here I want to add: 1) they used a magnet thing to pick up as many nails as they could in the yard all the way around. 2) I received a copy of the itemized order they submitted to the insurance company so I knew exactly what they were doing and the cost. I absolutely recommend them for roof and gutter work.

In the midst of the middle of nowhere I found an employee handbook in all of this trash I hope one of these people works for this company and can be held responsible for continuing your companies terrible name. Don't leave trash in the forest. Did you forget that it can link back to your work? You people are a disgrace and clearly this company leaves trash begins everywhere they go. Get some social responsibility or shut your doors.
