M3 roofing was awesome!!! I work for a storage facility in Middleton, Idaho and needed someone to come check out a potential roof leak. Kelli with the front office was so nice, friendly, and knowledgeable in their services. She sent Lance and I believe it was Chase? Although there was no roof leak, they were so helpful in showing me potential signs of leaking and what to look for in the future. Even if there was no leak, they were incredibly thorough about the process. I really appreciate their knowledge and expertise. I’d highly recommend using M3 roofing and will be recommending them to other storage facility managers.

We’re so happy we called M3 Roofing to install rain gutters on our house. They were able to provide a quote based on information I provided over the phone and came out the same day and installed. Kelli was super helpful, pleasant to talk to, and provided an affordable quote right away. Lance and his assistant showed up earlier than originally planned, they were also extremely nice, professional, and completed the job quickly. The gutters look fantastic and work great! Lance came out and did a great job fixing my rain gutters after my patio cover construction. Was even able to use the bulk of my existing gutter and re-install in new location.

Lance, the owner, really earned my confidence right from the start when he came out for an inspection.

My roof was leaking and Lance was able to inspect it next day, on a weekend no less. After a different company sent a sales guy who didn't seem especially knowledgeable, it was refreshing to meet with Lance who knew exactly what the problem was, was able to answer my questions and concerns, and was available to set up a time to repair the leak and further inspect the attic within 48 hours.

M3 Roofing was very helpful after I woke up to a water leak in the house. Kelli was great when I called and was able to get me on the schedule on the same day I called. Lance and Chris were professional and friendly when inspecting possible issues. They clearly explained possible scenarios causing the leak and repaired the problems. I was so happy that after a weekend of more rain, the leak was fixed! I am pleased with the quick and effective help to resolve the leak and appreciated M3 Roofings assistance with this project. They were all great, and I would recommend them to help with roofing and exterior projects!

Woke up this AM was drinking some coffee heard drip, drip. Didn’t see it, the home inspector I live with ( my wife) found it immediately and rung the alarm. She called Kelly, Lance came over with cape on . He immediately found our problem did the repairs and was one his way. Both me and the home inspector were real happy Lance is a good guy. Zak with M3 Roofing and the crew who installed our new roof and gutters did a great job. Right from the first meeting with Zak, we were impressed with his personable and professional demeanor. He did not use strong armed sales tactics; rather was honest and informative, giving us various options to solve our roof issue.
We opted for a replace instead of repair. We were quickly set up with a start date within days. The crew were all respectful and cleaned up after themselves each evening.
I would highly recommend M3 for any roofing or gutters needs.

My project manager Zac was great to work with. My insurance adjuster determined on a cold, December, Friday afternoon that my roof needed to be replaced and a storm was coming later the next week. Zac was able to have a crew show up Mon morning after the frost lifted and in 2 days I had a new roof. I appreciated all the tarps they put down to collect the depris. The only things that would have made it better would have been 1. If Zac had shown up on Mon morning with his crew as they didn't speak English and I had some Christmas decorations that were in the way, 2. If I had been reminded that there would be debris falling from the roof all around my house making it difficult to come and go especially with pets, 3. If I had been told that I wouldn't be able to use my garage at all the whole time. These were all minor things and I was able to work around them. Overall, they were very respectful of my property and were hard workers and I was impressed how quickly they got the job done.

Had a misunderstanding at the beginning with gutters. They didn’t install them everywhere I had expected. It was a very busy time for me so I had a hard time being around for the install. When I brought it up they simply went and got more material and finished the job how I had originally hoped. No questions asked, they took the hit on extra material and did not make me foot the bill. I appreciate their willingness to stand by their product. Thanks M3!

We hired M3 to replace the roof on our house. Lance and his team were very dependable and did excellent work. When Lance would have to leave, the crew kept working away. Actually, it was M3 that noticed a defect in the shingles (that we didn't notice) and they had the supplier cover the costs of the new shingles. Communication with Lance and Kelli was easy and they were always reachable. And they are locals so that was a bonus. Had them come back out and do an outbuilding on the property. We are very satisfied with the outcomes.

I live in Twin Falls so don’t let the company’s address deter you. My coworker also used M3 Roofing and Exterior and they recommended them to me. They hauled away two old layers of roofing as well. Absolutely LOVE M3 Roofing! They completed a new roof on my house a few years ago and did a phenomenal job.
