They use there workers. For example I was only making 13 an hour and I could do everything that the salary people did and some. They ask me y wasn't I coming to work I'm welding for you and you got a guy just for trash making what I make because of the color of my skin. Damn shame not to mention for the short handed crew and my skills and for only having 3 welder's me and those guys where easily worth any from 18$ to 25$ a hour. Future ref.. If you want to keep Mississippi safe pay us what we are worth. 7.25 an hour is provine over and over again not enough to feed three kids, Lets not mention you. Hell my opinion with the price being wat it is to live. No matter where you work at no one and I say again no one should make under 10 dollars an hour if you work. Its still not a lot but now you can pay more than one bill a month.. Facts LAND OF THE KEEP AMERICA BROKE
