We had a wonderful experience with Scott Roofing from the start to finish. They were great working with the insurance adjuster and made sure to address any questions or concerns that we had. They told us to allow up to 3 days for the job but it was completed and cleaned up in a day and a half. The roofers cleaned up so well after the roof was complete that we couldn't hardly tell they had been there except for our beautiful new roof. We highly recommend them.

Michael Ballard’s title is sales executive. I’m here to tell you he is much more than that. He was on location every day of the install and very pleasing to work with. There was one small area I asked him to have redone and he personally did the redo himself. Michael will go out of his way to be sure you are completely satisfied with the way the job turned out. Jordan and Scott Roofing did an amazing job replacing my roof! What I admired the most was that after 2 roofers told me I definitely needed a roof, Jordan and then the owner told me my roof wasn’t quite that bad to take to the adjuster and they didn’t want to risk their integrity with the adjusters. That spoke volumes. Now almost a year later and multiple more storms, my roof did need replacing and the Scott team did an amazing job! This is the 3rd roof I’ve replaced in my life time and by far the best experience and result! Attention to detail and good honest people make Scott Roofing a superior company!

Scott Roofing recently completed replacing the roof on our 190 year old house in Crystal Springs, MS after it took a lot of damage from the late July hail storm. Everyone we worked with, and all those on site were highly professional. There was relatively constant communication between myself and Scott VP, David, who worked with the Insurance Co. Adjustor and Insuance Co. to adequately cover expenses for, not only roof teplacement, but also for extra and unexpected repairs. After completion of the job, no nails or scraps were found, and the job site was immaculate. We could not be more pleased with our experience with Scott Roofing, LLC.

Used this company after I had to replace the roof from hail damage. Shon and David were very knowledgeable of their products, their crew came in got the roof on in a day and cleaned up good. I was contacted by David a couple of times to make sure I was completely satisfied. A added bonus they sent us a cake from Sherices’s Pieces and it was to die for. Will use them if I ever need another roof.

We just got a new roof from Scott Roofing and we couldn’t be more happy with their work!!! They were on time, professional, personable, and great to work with! Cane and Scott came to our house and discussed all of our options with us, then their employees had our entire roof finished within a day. They covered our deductible and even bought us a cake from a local baker to thank us for our business! Couldn’t be more happy and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

We had a hail storm that caused us to need a new roof and to say it stressed me out is an understatement . I contacted four roofing companies and Scott Roofing was way out in front of the other three well known roofing companies as far as timing , price and product is concerned . I wanted Owens Corning on my roof and that is what Scott Roofing offers . These people were not pushy in their sales team as the others were and as it turns out the owner is a true man of his word and took a lot of stress off of me and my wife as well as saving us over $1000.00 at the same time ! I have friends that saw how good of a job they did for me that they are letting Scott Roofing do their roofs too now .

I just got finished having my roof installed by Scott Roofing today. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Kayne and Shon, the owner, were so professional and friendly. They came in, droned the roof damage, worked and met with the insurance adjuster and made it so easy for my wife and me. The crew, supervised by Zach the entire time, came in, worked seamlessly, and left my house and yard the way it was when they arrived. Clean as a whistle. The owner, Shon, even came out during the install to answer questions that I had during installation and while he was here, he had his workers replace some rotten fascia board on my back porch. This is such an awesome roofing business! They came and repaired my roof the same day I called! His employees were top notch! When my repair was made you couldn’t even tell where the repair was made! They blew my roof off and even the top of my porch. My husband had brought his big ladder and a roll of felt down the hill to the house. These guys were so considerate of my husbands age they offered and took my husband’s ladder and things back to his building! These are work ethic that are hard to find these days!!!
