Advanced Steam Extraction

I’ve used ASE to clean my carpets and patio furniture several times over the years. They are always on time and do a great job.
Today, I had them work on my leather couch and loveseat. I was seriously considering replacing them. They’re six years old and my three cats had scratched them up. They look brand new! I had no expectation they would look this good! So glad I don’t have to go furniture shopping!

Excellent & prompt service. Friendly staff. I first used this company 20 years ago after I sat my new leather purse in water. They were able to extract water stain & purse looked new again. Highly recommended!

I enlisted ASE to clean my hardwood floors. My floors were quite dirty since they had not been cleaned in several years, plus we had just completed a partial renovation. The guys from ASE did a great job and my floors look wonderful! You could tell that they were knowledgeable about what they were doing. There were a 2-3 problem spots that they gave extra attention to, and did not leave until they knew I was satisfied. They gave knowledgeable answers to all my questions. I will use them again!

ASE representatives did a fabulous job cleaning 3 upholstered chairs, one sofa, and one rug that I thought was beyond repair! I’m so pleased. Amazing fast service in an emergency (which I have had to call about more than once unfortunately). Great job on regular cleaning and maintenance of my old white carpet. ASE was fast and thorough with a flooding issue at our bank! They were here same day and made sure all the moisture was eliminated! They did such a great job, we contracted them back out to do the brick floor resurfacing! I’m not sure you could find a better all around company, from their great techs or office manager who handled all my calls

We had a pipe bust during the cold snap around Christmas. When we found it I called them and they sent someone out that day to check it out. Started the clean up process right then! Surprisingly affordable. Knew about our fabrics on chairs and couch. Our carpet looks brand new. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Manual cleaning and 3 hepa filters placed for 24hrs/7 days to remove concrete dust . Sealed floor and wall tiles/grout. Workers are always courteous, prompt, and answer questions. Office staff are so nice and willing to work with our schedule. Won't call anyone else.

I just want to say that this company is soooo amazing I started off with Tabatha whom is from the old company that used for years to clean my carpet she referred me to this company and speaking with Jessica and meeting Chris and Shey really made me feel very comfortable with using a different company. I got my carpet cleaned in my apartment by this company. They were on time and it only took them 1 hr and 15 min to clean my entire house once they got started. They came in and inspected my carpet and measured the amount that would be cleaned and gave me a quote that was affordable being that I didn’t have to clean it myself. They answered any questions we had and they helped move furniture and used blocks underneath anything that had metal or wood under it. They took their time and I’m very satisfied with the outcome. My house smells so much fresher when I come home now. I will hire them again in the future.

Our house had minor flooding from a heavy rain, & our carpets were soaked. I called ASE the next morning and they were at our house the same afternoon. They did everything from pulling up the soaked pad, pulling the moisture from the rooms, and laying the carpet back down. i have 2 dogs a cat and teenagers so my floor gets dirty and i called advanced steam extraction and they came the same week and my carpet looked brand new when they got done! i was so impressed and happy with the results plus they do not charge you for areas where there is furniture they just charge for e square feet of open carpet !! i will definitely be using them again!!

Contacted this company regarding a quote for a smaller office to be done. I had them come and clean the grout on my tile floors where the previous home owners had pets. I hadn’t been able to get it as clean as I wanted. They showed up at my appointment time to give me a quote, looked at the job and told me what to expect. I called the office and they had a time that fit my schedule. It took a little less time than they quoted. My floors look like I knew that they should. They sealed the grout after cleaning . We also had them clean and stretch carpet in two rooms at my daughter’s house. Everyone that came out or that we spoke to was so nice & did a great job!

I cannot say thank you enough to our friend, Richie Lott, for all he did to help us when my husband and I were both hospitalized with COVID-19. My husband was being discharged on a weekend. We contacted Richie to see about having his crew to go to our home and disinfect it from the coronavirus before he went home. His crews were all assigned to other tasks, but Richie personally went and disinfected our home to make sure it was safe for my husband when he went home. That is what I call EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I have used ASE more than once and I have nothing but good things to say. They were very affordable on our last project (mold removal) and did a wonderful job. They showed up on time, each employee was respectful and courteous and everything was done right. As they got into the project there were unforeseen changes (not because of them) and before proceeding they sent pictures to confirm what they were doing and advised on any changes to cost. 5 star service all the way.

I’ve used ASE multiple times before on Carpet cleaning and tile cleaning. They do a great job. Also they cleaned up some water from an ac unit that overflow. They are always professional and they put door jamb guards on your door ways so they don’t scar the paint. Great company. And great people.
