Elite Roofing and Gutters

Elite Roofing installed a new roof on my home. I went from a metal roof back to a shingle roof and can’t be more pleased. They had a large crew working and only took one day to install. The crew was very nice and the foreman, Cody, went out of his way to explain things to me if I had any questions. Holden, the salesman I worked with, went above and beyond. He had wonderful recommendations and was a huge help to me since I had never had a roof replaced. Thank you Elite Roofing for your wonderful work!!

I hired them to install new gutters. Ran into a few issues after install and spoke to the owner who was very responsive and came out to personally ensure that gutters were functional. He was very polite and helpful! Would recommend!

Holden is the best! I contacted him about my skylight and I am very happy that it got taken care of the right way the first time!

Very bad business they came out and gave me an inspection and say I would get a estimate the same day never heard from him called him three days later they said they are working on the estimate never heard back until three weeks later by the end I had another company come out and repaired I had a small leak in the roof so I was trying to get it done before the rain. Do not believe the reviews you see some may be good, but they’re not gonna show the bad ones. They’re not prompt at all.

Their crew was excellent!! The supervisor was professional and talked through all the things they were doing. The site was clean and orderly when they left. Best of all, they were very affordable

Professional job done right. I had other estimates that would have been a bandaid. Elite Roofing and Gutters not only fixed my gutter waterfall, but repaired any rotten wood and painted their finished work. I’m very impressed and will use them again ! CW

Elite put our roof on about 18 months ago and after a recent very windy and hard rain event I noticed a spot on the ceiling under an upstairs dormer. I called Elite and spoke with Chris Turner. He was out within the next day or two and inspected around the dormer both inside and outside. They initially wanted to charge me to seal around the dormer, but were willing to listen to me and discuss the problem. Chris called me back afterward and they came and sealed the dormer at no charge to me. I would recommend them for your next roof.

Our experience with Elite Gutters and Roofing was great! Brayden Peters did an awesome job communicating everything involved with our project from start to finish. The installers did a great job as well. I would definitely use them again.

This is the company to use if you have Roofing or gutters repairs. They are very thorough and professional. The company also had patience with me for the receiving of my insurance reimbursement. We are very happy with the work that Complete Exterior did for us. After looking at reviews, we chose Complete Exterior to install new gutters & gutter guards on our home. They were professional and timely. While here, they discovered hail damage on our roof. Based on how pleased we were with their work, we chose them to replace our roof. Our salesman, Chris was very helpful through the entire process and even joined us when the adjuster came to inspect the damage.
Their roofing crew showed up early and went to work. They removed the old roof and reroofed our home in one day. The lady crew leader did not come to play and the gentleman over the job kept us informed of progress as the day went on. They cleaned up very well, including using a magnet to collect any stray roofing nails that might have escaped.

Great Company! Really paid attention to the little details.

Our salesman, Brody Wilkins, was really thorough in explaining all of the options available to us and the details of the re-roofing process each step of the way.

Brody came out and took measurements and pictures of the roof. He checked the vents, the flashing, the plywood underlayment and several other things. I felt confident I was getting a very well done estimate, complete with pictures.

Actually, all of the people in their office were top notch. They brought me in to discuss the estimate in person, and showed me samples of the roofing products i'd be getting. When they walked me out, I got to see how they organize their processes and even fabricate and color-match the metal on my job to match the shingles.

This team even has a checklist complete with photos to ensure each step is completed correctly according to their high standards.

Finally, on the day of the roofing installation, the crew was prompt and on time. Jamie was our on site coordinator and he made sure the materials were delivered the day before the install.

The installation went smoothly with texts and pictures along the way, and the install was completed on the same day it was started.

I arrived home as the crew was finishing work. They had kept the job site clean and tidy all day and were going through the yard, the house perimeter and my driveway with a magnetic tool to find and remove any remaining nails and screws.

Just an outstanding experience every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company for any size or scope roofing project

Finally, I got several estimates before choosing this company. Their pricing was in line with area estimates, and lower than several.

Price is always a big factor in this type of decision, but it was their attention to the small details that sold me on their service. I knew that if they paid attention to such small details, they'd do a great job on my roof, and they sure did!

When my skylight started leaking, I started looking for a highly rated company to replace it, that was reasonable on price. I contacted two companies for estimates, and Complete Exteriors was one of them. I had done a little research, and knew what a fair price on the job would be. After receiving my two estimates, the one provided by Holden Hornsby with Complete Exteriors was not only the more fairly priced, but was half the price of the other estimate I received. They handled everything over the phone with me, and I never even had to miss a moment of work. Holden and his team did a quality job, and did it quickly! I will definitely call them again for any roofing needs in the future.

Complete Exteriors just replaced the roof on my home. They did an excellent job. Completed the job in one day. They always do a good job,show up when they say they will, and clean up during and after. I’ve never found so much as a staple or piece of a shingle after they have left- spotless!

Also stand behind their work. I had a couple of shingles come loose after the last hurricane to come through and they repaired them quickly at no charge. Would certainly use them again!

Working with CE has been a great experience. I got a new roof and some fascia/soffit repair work done. Throughout the entire process the folks at CE were very communicative and helpful. Nick Butts was a fantastic rep and helped answer any and all questions I had about the process.

Great work. Done in a very timely manner. I dealt with Jamie and crew Perla.. It was a very painless process. I originally called Eddie Coleman and he sent a salesman named Holden out and we started the paper work. A week later Jamie and Perla’s crew were out repairing my roof. They discovered that I needed decking as well and dealt with my insurance company and made sure it got done.

Couldn’t be more pleased with the job this company did! They returned my call within an hour of initial contact and set up an appointment to meet with me and look at the job. Nic and Nick (not sure they want me to put last names on here) were friendly, knowledgeable and worked the job to a complete conclusion. The owner of the company, Joe Boyd, and his son Kyler even came to my home to go over everything on my insurance settlement down to repairs they would make if necessary, which they were. They were very fair on their pricing on the overages and communicated with me at every step of the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Complete Exteriors to anyone needing roof repairs or any other type of home construction needs.

Complete Exteriors replaced my roof following a hail storm we had last spring. They were a huge help in dealing with a very difficult and largely non-responsive insurance company. Hopefully it'll be a long long time before our next hail storm, but whenever I need a new roof again, I will definitely call Complete Exteriors.

Loved the on hands help of getting insurance company to show proof of needing a new roof… also the organization and communication of getting everything done, which includes the handling of all insurance.

These are great people, friendly, helpful, and get things done. We had to get our roof replaced due to hail damage and a leak. These guys had to even rebuild our decking to get it up to code and it was completely finished in 2 days. The decking and roof done on the first day, the second day was just to finish up with vents and a few other things. The roof is absolutely gorgeous, i dare say the best looking one on the block! They worked with me and my insurance to get us the best price possible and put our minds at ease. Thank you Complete Exteriors for being the amazing people you are!!

Complete Exteriors did an excellent job coordinating the installation of my new roof. We had a couple issues with insurance and completion but both issues were handles quickly and perfectly with my satisfaction being their utmost priority. Would 100% recommend!
