M&J Roofing did a great job on our shingle roof project. Materials were dropped off the day prior to the project, workers arrived on time, completed the project, and cleaned up nicely. All remaining equipment and materials were picked up within a day. Thank you!

Great job!! Very responsive. Very reasonable price. I had numerous companies look at a leaking roof and bay window. The bay window has a metal roof. Chris who gave me a quote was the only one who had experience with the metal roof. He recognized that the leak it the bay window was not bay window. He climbed a latter and found a a gaping hole the the sill of a window above the bay window. He simply calked that hole and heavy rain since then has proven that was the problem. Also on there roof repair when thew tore off the roof the found a bigger problem and on the spot came up with a solution. Roofah is extremely efficient and responsive. I had quotes of an much as $25K and they did the job for $3k

M&J was great to work with! I recently bought a home knowing it needed a new roof. They provided a prompt quote and did the work right away and very well. They explained all of the options and were easy to communicate with throughout. I highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Roofah to anyone with any roofing needs. We had a great experience from the very beginning. In the early stages while we were shopping around the project manager Shane was very responsive. We had to replace our skylights and they had to be custom due to the size. He came by the house two different times to get measurements and check out the scope of the job. He was accessible and available for any questions we had when finalizing who to go with. It took a few months to get the windows in but as soon as they were in they promptly scheduled to get the job done. Initially we were only supposed to just do the windows but when starting the work it was discovered that the rest of the small roof section had to be replace. They were able to do all of this on the same day. The existing case which held the window was in rough shape however he was able to fix any issues look wise we had without doing a full replacement.

Fast, professional, and helped me work with the insurance adjuster (above and beyond normal scope of work) for a full roof repair. Navigated supply chain issues and inclement weather. Highly recommended

We recently got a new roof and gutter installed by Shane and the crew and are highly satisfied with the work! The quality is excellent and the attention to detail that went into the job was top notch. Shane was easy to get a hold of with any questions we had before, during and after the job was completed. He was in constant contact through the day of the job asking questions or relying the progress. I can’t recommend him enough! Shane has been guiding us through the roof replacement and couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Shane called immediately and set up an appointment for an estimate of repair to a leaking skylight. After a inspection he secured the skylight which had not been properly secured by the original contractor. After further inspection Shane thought that this would solve the problem and explained what would need to be done if the problem persisted. Thanks for helping me with this. Matt Ulbin.

Called them they were very quick to respond. Came out to give us an estimate which was very reasonable and was able to fix the problem same day.

Had a leak due to an incorrectly installed chimney. Shane visited in the dead of night to see what the problem was, then he fit us in before the next rain storm. He also had our exact same shingles in his shop, the repair job looks seamless.

Had a great experience with M&J Roofing. The installation date was delayed due to supplies, weather and other factors, but they kept us in the loop all along the way. When the day came to replace our flat roofs, they had to unfortunately remove the old wood railings. However, because of this, they did not charge us any extra for the materials they had to bring in.

I had a 4 in hole in my roof from a plumber who neglected to cap off a old pipe that was no longer in use. Shane came to fix the issue extremely quickly ! He made a point to stay until it was repaired because he knew rain was coming and didn’t want me or my tenant to have to endure any more water damage. Super thoughtful ! I called M & J Roofing, The Roofah, and our call was returned the same day. I needed a repair to our roof due to a leaking vent pipe boot, which was installed incorrectly. Shane was very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. He communicated well with me through the entire process. Shane discovered some other issues of which we were not aware and fixed those as well. He explained everything to us in detail. I now have more peace of mind. We had a roof leak that had damaged the 2nd floor ceiling. I called M&J Roofing and spoke to Shane. He came to the house the next day and determined what needed to be done. He got a quote to me quickly. The day of the repairs, Shane and his crew arrived just as agreed upon. They did a great job. The roof was fixed , the crew was nice and everything was cleaned up. There was a leak in my condo due to issues with the roof. They were quick to come assess the damage and identify the work that needed to be done. Shane walked me and the other condo owners through the repairs that were necessary to prevent further damage. He was willing to answer our questions and even provided insights into other maintenance issues.
The work was completed promptly before an up-coming storm to ensure no further damage occured. The employees were friendly and detail-oriented. The other condo owners and I were very satisfied with the work that was done and would highly recommend their services to others.

I had a leak in my roof where water was seeping from a vent down to my bathroom and causing damage to the ceiling. I called on a Friday afternoon and Shane came by early Saturday morning and patched up the leak very quickly. I really appreciated the quick response on a weekend since more rain is expected in the next few days and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Shane and co did an awesome job over several weeks of first analyzing a leak and providing a temporary fix while planning a more substantial job. The cost was reasonable and they fixed issues from the original roof installer without additional cost. We were quite impressed at first with what seemed to be a high level of professionalism and knowledge when they came to inspect our condo building's roof. (I was one of 3 people in our loft condo association who spent nearly 2 hours with their team.) Sadly, after 2 weeks, we have still not received a bid... we just keep getting put off, which leads me to believe they either don't need or don't want the work.

I had Roofer Julia from "The Roofah" assess a leak and I greatly appreciated her honesty and knowledge share of what homeowners should know on distinguish quality roof work vs. what "appears" quality. I would absolutely hire her for roof work.

M & J Roofing was fantastic! The responsiveness and thorough follow through are worthy of high praise. I had a roof leak at my chimney that was a nuisance for 25 years. I had replaced the roof to attempt to fix the leak.

That replacement did not stop the roof leak. The source of the leak was the flashing at the chimney. None of the firm's that I contacted over the years could stop the leak. The source of the leak was always known but the other firms didn't have the expertise to stop the link.

Contacting M & J Roofing was the best thing I could have done to fix the leak. They were punctual for both the estimate and the repair. Excellent service and a project manager who kept me informed. The crew was thorough and placed emphasis on detail and even paused the job to get a specialized saw to penetrate the mortar on the stone chimney.

The crew kept the job site organized and left the roof and surrounding area clean.

Since the repair there have been several heavy rain events. That was the test that their repair worked.

M & J Roofing, The Roofah is a fantastic company to do business with! We had the privilege of working with Shane throughout our entire roofing project and he was absolutely the best contractor of any kind that we have ever done business with!!! We had a tree fall on our home during a bad wind storm and called M and J the day after and spoke to Shane directly. He was very responsive and not only did he come out that same day to look at the job but he also repaired and put several temporary patches on the roof and siding where the tree had punctured to avoid rain leaking in. Shane was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He was very responsive and returned all calls and texts in a very timely manner. He was also extremely helpful when choosing new shingles by providing us several samples to chose from and also a few addresses of local homes they had installed in the area of similar roofs we were interested in. He really went above and beyond! The day of the install everything went extremely smooth, Shane was here with his crew overseeing the project, they arrived on time and finished on schedule. The entire crew were extremely professional, courteous, and polite and the workmanship was OUTSTANDING!! They left our yard spotless.

“Do it once do it right” that’s M&J roofing. The ROOFAH!! Shane and his crew did an outstanding job on my roof. They’re professional, friendly, and hardworking. From the initial contact, to the completion of the job, Shane was outstanding. Communication second to none. Shane provided all the information, from financing to providing samples of the roofing colors, yes colors. He answered all my questions. He explained what all the materials were and what they did. The one thing that stood out to me was the extra mile Shane and his crew went to make sure the job was done right. Meaning, they installed the downspouts on my new gutter. They painted the gutters, touched up the areas that needed touching up on my house. That meant I didn’t have to climb a ladder and do it myself. What’s better than that?
