In January I spoke to Manny about my roof because I thought there may be potential damage, and I wanted someone to look at it. He had someone from M&M come out on 2/8/24 to inspect the roof and left a card on my door. Manny then informed me that there was hail damage and to turn in a claim for a "free roof" through my insurance (screenshot of text message attached.) I turned in a claim through my insurance and got the adjustor scheduled to come out, informed Manny, and he said he’d have someone from M&M Contracting meet as well to help facilitate the process. However, on the day the adjustor came out, no one showed up from M&M. The adjustor said there was minimal damage, not nearly enough to replace my roof. I spoke to Manny a couple more times and continued to lose confidence in M&M Contracting.
Since then I have had 2 other companies come out and look at my roof and give me their expert opinion. Both of those companies agree that there is minimal damage, and would never have warranted a claim or a new roof.
I would not recommend working with M&M Contracting.
