They really went above and beyond on a project for one of my clients. Their team was super helpful and made sure everything was top-notch. The metal roofing they provided was not only really strong but also looked fantastic. They were great at keeping us in the loop and were always ready to help with any questions. Worst management experience. Disloyal to their employees and low pay for such hard and draining work. Disorganized, employee has to swift through hundreds of papers to find order. Front desk employees talk about customers behind their back very often calling people explicit names. Drama filled environment. Friendly shop employees will scramble to assist you and scramble would be the best word for it. The workers in the back do the most work and get paid less than a janitor.

I've tried to call them several times and no answer. If you don't answer the phone how can you get my business.

I received a call from the owner. He told me they are having phone issues at some of his locations. I have had the same issues with our phones at the shop. He is helping me personally.

Seen my neighbors roof done and they did a great job, BUT! Let me tell you how racist the clowns are. My mom called today wanting to get an estimate and she heard one of them say in the background “ I bet that’s a black person calling” Who would want to do business with some clowns like that!!

Great prices and friendly staff. They always go out of their way to make sure all your questions are answered and that you have everything needed for your project.

Currently waiting for our metal roofing that was to be delivered and Lyons was a no call no show. HURRICANE FLORENCE IS COMING AND NEED TO GET THIS DONE --- now.
So now paying 4 men to stand around with nothing to do.
Husband phoned, worked phoned I phoned. I received the answering machine when I called. CALLED BACK. Crystal informs me the truck will be there soon. It ran out of gas...well that's professional. And why didn't anyone call to let us know. Silence...then...answers that well the truck will be there soon. About what time? No time given. Again, 4 men being paid with nothing to do....who had other jobs they could be working.
Very disappointed in the service. I am currently being treated for cancer and have surgery scheduled in a few days...so this is just one more thing.

Prompt service, reasonable prices, and orders do not take more than a few days. They also have a lot of rejects that are good for small projects like sheds and chicken coops.

I have purchased metal roofing here many time never had a problem. I always call in my order and go pick it up when they call me and say it's ready. I will use this company again!

called Lyon for a roof install was given the name of two contractors called one no answer never returned the call , spoke with second one who said he would come out and give an estimate , informed him it was an emergency i have cash glad to pay he never showed up called him again he said he would come out in a few weeks never showed up never called called again he said winter they do not do roofing repair and had other jobs still waiting would call back in a few months ! 5 months later Now I have a huge hole in my ceiling and no damn roof ! This outfit is a joke !

I had one of the worst experiences with the woman that works there. I called to ask about a few products they had in stock. The entire phone call she acted like she had better things to be doing than helping potential clients. She kept going ugh under her breath like my questions were a bother to her. She placed me on hold for over ten minutes just to return and rush me off the phone. Because of her actions I will not be using Lyon's and will be taking my business elsewhere.
