This truly is a very fine group of people to work with. They help with most anything you might want or need when building or repairing home building or repairing. Richey was great in helping me match stucco colors...

Don't buy from them, they tell you one thing and do another. I ordered for my whole house and they said they would take back the extra full sheets. They were late delivering it in the first place. And when I called about picking up the extra they said they would come out later that week. But they didn't come until 1 month later after I called them multiple times per week. Then it took 2 more weeks to get a refund after calling 6 or more times. Everytime I called they would say that the person who does that is out of the office and they would call me back. After 20 plus calls and leaving a message each time I never received a call back. Don't work with these guys!!!!

Super friendly & helpful in getting me started as a newbie. Very informative and patient, got me all the right supplies. Treated like a valued customer for sure. Will continue to get help & supplies in the future!

These guys are fabulous! Great service, great products. I was running a bit late for my pick up and so they were loading past their closing time. Not only were they still cheerful but even threw in a tie down to boot to carry the load. I haven’t experienced that level of generosity and great customer service in a long time. Highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service. They were booked solid for delivery and drove my order down the street, helped me unload, and did it with a smile. Highly recommend and will be back for all my drywall needs.

Place an order earlier this week, was told it would be delivered Friday morning. I paid significantly more for the product because they said they would stock my basement. I’ve been waiting at the house all day with absolutely no communication from L&W despite multiple calls to them. No response. A simple phone call letting me know it wasn’t coming would have been much appreciated. Apparently only one guy there knows what’s going on and he is “out of the office running errands.” I’m just a homeowner so the loss of my business won’t affect these guys at all, but I’ll never buy from them again.

Great customer service and AMAZING delivery crew! Not only did they carry our order downstairs, they placed piles in each room/section when it would have been easier just to stack it all in one place, which is what I had suggested. So kind and quick!
