I’m going to start by saying that I have been in the construction business for a longe time and a Good honest home town business is hard to come by in this line of work! When you need something done in the construction world you hear all kinds of horror stories, so you tend to keep your guard up. Wondering when they are going to go back on what they say and if they are even going to do what they say, beat me out of money some how! Lux resurfacing has gone well above what anyone would expect, you honestly don’t have to worry about them trying to rob you of everything you have, they really are just trying to help you as the customer out and I believe they have your best interest at heart at all times! Wow, how refreshing to have a contracting company do exactly what they promised. I can't say enough good things about Garret and company. Laid out the complete framework of the job, worked with the insurance company through a public adjuster, and completed the job in 2 days. Everything was mapped out as to what time the dumpster would be dropped off , what time the workers would show up, explanation of the scope of the job, as well as cleanup and dumpster removal. It went off like clockwork with no wasted time which is a huge deal to the homeowner. Job was done impeccably . 5*s

If you want a company that goes above and beyond, you have found it. First of all, they helped me work with my insurance company to figure out what would be covered. Then they worked with my budget to get me a shingle I wanted at a price I could afford. They got me on the schedule quickly and wrapped everything up in one day. The crew was very friendly and did an excellent job keeping my yard clean. They spent hours with a magnet making sure no nails were missed.

Skip to a few days later when some rain came and they proactively reached out to make sure I did not see any issues. I am working on several other house projects and they have answered every question I have had, even stuff not related to roofing. Siding, windows, flashing, etc. You name it, they can provide advice and help knock out to-do lists.

By the end of this whole project, Garrett and his company felt more like friends than a company I hired to do my roof. If that is the kind of company you want to work with, then give them a call.
