Lynn was Great! Installed walk in shower stall with safety bars that fit my every need. He was a good worker and was neat and clean. He found ways to make our project better and quick!
Our family outgrew our house, and needed an additional bedroom. We went into contractor selection as complete newbies - after conversations with a few contractors, there was no doubt on who to choose. Lynn demolished our existing mudroom/porch and built an immaculate bedroom/hallway. Lynn’s attention to every single detail is second to none. Many times throughout the process, we stood back in awe of the craftsmanship. A feeling of trust carried us from initial discussions through contract completion. An extremely fastidious inspector made for some sleepless nights, but we knew were in good hands with Lynn making sure that every detail met the inspector’s expectations. Lynn’s attention to detail was not only for the purpose of building a quality product, but he involved us in every decision to make sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted, and he was very prompt communicating even when he had to stop for materials, etc. Everything turned out exactly as promised. I truly have no complaints on our addition - it’s exactly what we wanted!
After seeing how LTM remodeled my brother and sister-in-law’s kitchen and bathroom, there was no doubt in my mind that I wanted them to do my bathroom.
LTM transformed my 1930 bathroom into the 21st Century. The tub was removed, new vanity in its place, clothes closet eliminated to install a much desired shower, old pink plastic tiles replaced by ceramic tile.
Lynn Maline is a very professional, reliable, meticulous, and talented worker. I was not disappointed. This space has become my favorite room in my home!
