LSDG Roofing & Construction

I had my roof replaced after some hail damage along with being 17 years old. LSDG did a Great job and their support was spot on. They even assisted with having my fence cleaned and restained. They worked with my insurance company which made it even easier for us. I like the way the venting is built on the top of the roof too. I recommended LSDG to my mother in-law also, and they replaced her roof as well. I will use them again in the future.

Our roof had an ongoing leak and LSDG actually showed up to assess it which is more than we can say for other roofers in area. They showed up when they said they would and did everything as discussed. Austin was very helpful. They figured out the problem and had it fixed within days of the initial contact. The crew was very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with our transaction with LSDG. They were easy to work with and we plan to use them again should we need their services.

This company is the biggest pathetic joke I've ever come across. I've been in the industry for 15 years and this company has stole $30,000 from me and denies I ever sold them the job in question for them and I got witnesses to prove this but it doesn't faze these thieves.
These thieves are so low life they don't even deserve a 1 star.

I've used LSDG for roof hail damage. I like that they are from Allen which is nearby. They even met with the insurance company when they said we only needed a partial replacement. We got the entire roof replaced thanks to their intervention. I highly recommend them.

I discussed this situation with LSDG roofing and we are square at this time. I feel this has been a very difficult situation and probably not the normal process. They contacted me to alleviate some of my major concerns.

Bad experiences with these guys as follows:
The took from April claim date to end of August to do some of the work requested.
Other priorities were more important than my house.
They did not follow up with me on delays or why months would go by with no progress.
They fired the project leader on my project with no notice to me about what was going on. In fact, he seemed surprised when I was still trying to find out why my work was not done.
They lied about following up on work that still remains undone. I have to get the work done now with other companies, they still have not followed up to get this settled other than getting money out of me.
They lied about holding a check we were arguing about. They claimed I owed them an additional 2K that was not in the contract. They said they would hold the check and get back with me after the weekend. They deposited the check immediately and never follow up.
I received a threat of a lien on my house from a supply company who said they were never paid for materials used on my roof well after I had paid this company 10K for repairs already done.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with any contractor.

I called LSDG, spoke with Brenda at 10am - she had someone ON the roof by 12:00!!! SAME DAY!!! I am thrilled, my clients are thrilled and the sellers are happy that we can continue with the contract. Excellent experience with this company! Had roof fixed, they did a terrific job. Two years later the drywall around my skylight had a leak. I called LSDG and they took care of it promptly with no hassles and free of charge. Would definitely recommend this company!

We called LSDG based on a referral from a friend. He had a great experience with them, so we gave them a shot. My wife was initially hesitant, but when Manny came out and sat down with us, she could quickly see they were the right choice.

We had a couple of other written estimates, including the one from the insurance adjuster. Manny documented things that had been missed, including gutters, fence and downspouts, also a flat roof over the veranda that the adjuster had dismissed.

Their team went to work for us and the additional pieces were accepted and included in the claim, a check from the insurance company arrived 4 days later. By the way, if you are looking for the best insurance team in town, call Brad Hempkins at Hempkins Insurance. They wrote us on Safeco and that made all the difference.

They replaced our roof one day, our gutters and downspouts the next. The yard was cleaned, the debris hauled away and their guys even replaced burnt out light bulbs high on the second story!

We are sold on their service. I can highly recommend them~!

I had an issue arise that needed quick repair and LSDG roofing was able to jump right on it and had a guy on it that same day. We are in the process of getting a new roof with them as well. We would highly recommend!

The work we had done the first time was great. Prompt, efficient and afforable. The second time was great except for the leak test. Never came back. Had a leak a few weeks later. Came and fixed it. No charge. Still waiting on the original leak test. Great work. Not great on communication.
