This is the second time I’ve had this company do work on my roof. It had been a few years since they had performed work. I was thrilled to see the service is still outstanding, quality and done in a very timely manner. Their prices are reasonable too. They are truly the best at what they do.

Had a roof repair done. The Lopez Roofing team was there the next day and repaired leak same day. Very Thankful

I had my roof replaced in 2019, but unfortunately, by 2024/2025, we noticed a significant leak in one of our rooms. The warranty for the roofing work, which promised 10 years without leaks, was sent electronically to my phone at the time. However, that phone is no longer functional, and the email containing the warranty was deleted due to Yahoo’s policies on older messages.

The damage caused by the poorly installed roof is clear, including water stains and structural issues. Additionally, the roof’s design is flawed, with the top of the roof not properly centered—an indication of poor workmanship.

When I contacted the company to request a copy of the warranty, they refused to provide it. The owner came out to inspect the damage but declined to honor the warranty without the original document. Despite multiple follow-ups with the office, they refused to provide proof of the transaction or a copy of the warranty.

It’s incredibly disappointing to see a company fail to stand by their work and honor a valid warranty. I strongly encourage others to look for alternative contractors to avoid a similarly frustrating experience. If the company decides to act with honesty and work with me to resolve this issue, I will gladly update or remove this review.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! The team was punctual, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly. The quality of the workmanship is top-notch, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I highly recommend this roofing company to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality roofing services!

Lopez Roofing was great to work with. They arrived on time, worked throughout the day and finished by 5:00 (in a Saturday ). Their crew was courteous and conscientious of our schedule and our property. Betsy was great and Miguel and his crew worked tirelessly.

Did a great job repairing my roof after a tree damaged it. Good communication and fair prices; even showed me pictures of their progress. Definitely recommend.

This company is one of worst offenders of illegal garbage signs littering all of Atlanta for years and years. Do not support a business that creates visual pollution all over our city.

Very professional came out super quick was able to resolve the issue and a matter of 30 minutes. I had them fix a roof leak by my chimney and they quickly replaced my shingles, seal it and included a warranty for the labor, which I really appreciate it. Cost was $750

I received excellent, same day service for my roof repair. The employees are extremely polite and kind. I highly recommend Lopez Roofing!

I am very impressed with Lopez roofing. When I called them for an estimate for a roof repair not only were they able to see me that day, they actually arrived when they said they would. That is very rare nowadays. After assessing the repair needed on my roof they promptly gave me an estimate and I was shocked! Not only did they beat the two previous estimates that I had gotten, their price was more than half the cost of the lowest bid previously given. Over half off! I asked when they would be able to start the repair, and they said " We can do it right now if you like".. It was getting late in the afternoon and hearing that I was amazed and astonished. An hour later they were finished with the repair and with the cleanup. Yes the clean up too. It is very hard to find service like that anymore. The next time I need a roof or gutter repair I'm calling Lopez roofing first. .. excellent service and a price that can't be beat.

I had a great experience with LPC Roofing. I got a quote way way lower than I was getting. I switched home insurance companies, and the new one refused to insure me with the state of roof. Ironically, I spoke with a rep who told me of another person with the same issue who got their roof fixed for a good price. I asked for the number, and LPC Roofing gave me a reasonable price. The date was set, and they showed up and brought my house back to first class standard. I will have the best-looking house in the subdivision.

Lopez Roofing went above and beyond like always. They have replaced my roof and has done roof repairs on my rental properties. We had blown shingles and the roof was leaking they were able to come out the same day and repair it. I highly recommend they are professional, reliable and trustworthy.

Lopez roofing came out the same day I called to provide an estimate and was ready to start the job 3 days later. They started at 7am and was finish by 4pm. They answered all my questions and was very accommodating. They cleaned up everything afterwards and provided pictures.

I called this company to come out and take a look at my roof. Someone came out, looked at my roof and a woman from their office called me back with an estimate the same day. A day later, I called back and tried to schedule an appointment for the repair and the office was unresponsive. After numerous attempts to schedule and appointment and leaving voicemails and text messages , no one from the company returned my call. At one point, I was able to get in touch with the woman at the office and she hung up in my face while I was asking if I could be put on their schedule. I found this company to be extremely unprofessional and rude to say the least. I called Castle Roofing and Repair that same week and was able to get my roof repaired the next day at a lower estimate.

Very impressed! They came out quickly for an estimate and were enthusiastic about the job. They did an excellent job communicating what had to be done and gave a great price. From very early on I got the impression they take pride in doing quality work. They showed up early (6am) with everything ready to go and got right to work. They finished early and I was happy to see that everything had been cleaned up thoroughly after they were done!

Lopez Roofing is an amazing company. They arrived at 6:00a and worked until 7:00p. They cleaned all of the debris and trash from installing the roof from my yard. They did exactly what they said they would do. They communicated and were dependable the entire time. The cost was affordable. I would recommend this company to family members and friends. We got several quotes for roof replacement. Lopez roofing not only provided the best estimate, but also gave us insight into the best options for our roof style that the other companies did not mention.
They arrived on time, finished on time, and did a great job! They were also careful to collect all debris and waste when they finished the job. They even triple checked for any stray nails around our driveway.
