We contracted LP Homes to install a deck with roof and open gable. From the first conversation with Johnny to the last day of install with Nate and Tim, they knocked it out of the park. Johnny was extremely friendly, honest and down to earth, he helped us develop our plan and put it in motion, he was always quick to answer our questions and was punctual providing the necessary documents for us to receive our HOA approval. Once the job started Nate and Tim were amazing, the were timely, friendly and are extremely skilled in their trade. On several occasions we discussed the construction as they were working, they were happy to answer questions and provide insightful information regarding the proper maintenance of our deck for future reference. These two guys are the real deal, they constructed out amazing deck in 2.5 weeks, right on schedule and it is stunning, they are so talented and we are thrilled with their product. We were greatly satisfied by the diversified planning and work provided by LP Homes on our home. Johnny Abrams was outstanding in helping us realize our plans for a new deck on the house that included a water runoff system so that we’d have a dry patio area underneath. In fact, he completed the entire job including demolition of old deck and patio, construction of the new deck, installation of new patio pavers, deck lighting and even installing a water faucet up on the deck within our time frame and within our budget!!
Outstanding people working for him...and he’s already been out to check on how everything was looking/working several months after the job was completed.

Hired L.P. to build two patios and a sunroom. The design process with Johnny was fantastic. Installation was fine despite some supply chain issues with windows due to Covid. Everything was eventually completed as intended.

It's now been roughly three years and both patios have areas where a few of the pavers are sinking. In addition, two of the ezbreeze windows need either repair or replacing. Johnny has been absolutely fantastic with arranging the service work/maintenance on the patios and ordering new windows.

LP Homes was fantastic! They communicated clearly and constantly throughout the course of the project. They did an awesome job installing a deck to our house, as well as installing a new window in the side of the house. They offered the fastest timeline of any other deck contractors, at a very reasonable price point. Grateful for their awesome work!

We had a sunroom done, I can’t express how great the job went and at a great price. The owners were great, from planning and the process with Johnny to the building and workmanship with Skip and Brian. They went the extra mile, they built the room as if it was there own. Great respectful guys, even the sub-contractors they used were great. The room turned out BEAUTIFUL, better than I could ever imagine and pictured, they made sure that they had the room finished in time for an engagement party, I definitely will be using them again in the near future

We contracted with L.P. Homes to tear down our old enclosed porch & build a new open porch & deck. Working with Johnny was a pleasure. Nate & Tim did excellent detailed work. They had to do this project with 2 other outside contractors (Landscaper & Electrician) & were able to navigate it in a small time frame at a fair price. I would recommend L.P. Homes to anyone who is interested in quality work at a reasonable price.

Working with Johnny and the entire team was a very good experience. Our project involved demo. and enlarging of our existing elevated deck. The process was clean and went according to plan even though we needed to make change orders along the way. Johnny was accommodating with all our alterations and was fair with the pricing of those changes. The new Azek decking looks amazing!! All the joints are strong and solid, and the pattern designed has every board cut with perfect precision. They really paid attention to the smallest details and created a great outdoor space. We are completely satisfied with the job done.
We had a little wind damage this past winter and even after a year and a half Johnny came out and addressed the problem for us.
I highly recommend Johnny for your project, you will not be disappointed.

Dealing with Johnny at L.P. Homes was a positive experience. They took out the old deck and rebuilt it and it is quality craftsmanship. The deck was large so it took nearly a week to complete, but they arrived on time every day work throughout the day and cleaned up everything when they were finished. I'm very pleased with how everything turned out.

LP Homes was wonderful! We just had a screened in deck built and from start to finish it was a wonderful process. Johnny and Nate were so wonderful and kept us informed every step of the process. The attention to detail was wonderful and we could not be happier with the finished product! We spend every day on our screen deck and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested! I am not sure what we would have done without LP Homes. We had just given up on the project and got frustrated. Others wanted to charge us a lot and were unprofessional. Out of all the ones who offered to build us a sunroom, LP homes gave us the best deal and price without compromising quality. We love our room and it looks great!
